In my job search I did not reach out to this company, but they reach out to be more than once from a resume search. They clearly have a home base in India where their bulk mailing comes from. While I do not have a problem with outsourcing, I was constantly contacted for positions that were monumentally beneath my salary range and skill set.
It is clear that they do not review the resumes they respond to. Rather, they do some sort of a skill search and then send bulk missives to any resumes that pop up. This results in soliciting managers and executives for entry level admin positions or entry level admins for management positions just because of keywords popped up.
Since I prefer to work with agencies who care just as much about their product (the employee) as they do their clients, I would not remotely recommend this agency to anyone.
