No «hello», no «May I help you?», no «goodbye.» Usually Verizon offers great service and assistance, you will not be finding that in this store. Very glad I researched the product I wanted, went to another store to purchase it.

This location is staffed by the least competent buffoons Iv’e ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I normally use AT&T and are generally very happy with the service I get. Never any problems with billing or service quality. whenever there’s a question, I’m able to pop in to nearly any store and have an answer in la few minutes. Not at Verizon. The company I work for has an wifi mobile hot spot on an «as needed» plan. I went to this location yesterday to make a payment. The person there put my payment in the wrong account, so it wasn’t properly applied. when I went to the store today to get it taken care of, they were of very little help. The wait was interminable length of 15−20min with few people actually in front of me, but more of a slow moving staff. Once I FINALLY got to the counter, my issues was eventually discovered. I knew this only because I asked the woman helping me. She was more interested in mumbling to herself and shaking her head. After NINETYMINUTES I was running. No apology. No offer for anything to make it better. Nothing. Perhaps a different store might be better, but I’m VERY soured on Verizon.
