We have been with these guys for several years. Of course they will get five stars after dealing with Bank of America-​. We had our car financed through them, and account. Alway nice and helpful! Always. And when you call… Get ready to be caught off guard, because a human being always answers! Their online access is user friendly, and we just don’t have problems with banking anymore.

One of bothells true hidden gems for finances. I’ve been with alaska for about 4 years and can’t believe I’ve never left a review for these guys. I came to Alaska with a lot of credit card debt and kept trying to find a way for someone to help me. I had previously gone to chase, wells, BOA, and even BECU to refinance my CC to a small loan or even another CC with no luck. My first time at this location I met the branch manager Eileen and the rest was history. Over the past few years Eileen and James were Dedicated and I specifically use that word dedicated because they went above and beyond what anyone could do. I paid approximately $ 10,000 worth of credit card debt off because I was able to refinance, transferred my car loan, and even bought a few motorcycles through their financing which were all paid off. I know they spent ungodly amounts of hours to help me through all of this and that’s why I am beyond thankful for these people. I also wanted to say because of Eileen and James I was able to launch a new successful business and proud to say we are going 2 years strong and in the green for profit. Even though the staff at this location has changed recently im so happy and not surprised to hear that it’s changed because people were promoted and rightfully so. The new staff is amazing and super friendly.
Just know when you head over to this location you won’t be sold a gimmick or be lied to. They stand by everything they provide and even when they can’t do something like match a rate they will even recommend their competitors because they are about your interest and not filling their own pockets with profit (which wants me to bank with them even more). I will truly be a member for life and hope more people in the Bothell area can discover this place.

I’ve been with AlaskaUSA for exactly one year this month. I joined after getting a good but not incredible rate on a new vehicle purchase. I was already a member of two other credit unions, but they could not beat AlaskaUSA’s rates. I now use their checking, savings, and visa card and love the quality of their service. Their customer service is excellent both in person and on the phone. I recently moved out of state and have to interact with them almost exclusively on the phone — but I couldn’t be happier. It feels like no one ever has a bad day there.
Since moving out of state I’ve traded in my previous vehicle and took out a new loan through AlaskaUSA. Base on their admittedly limited experience with my first loan they gave me the best available rate they offer. Nearly 2% below my other credit unions. I was a needy customer throughout the transaction, calling them nearly every day to make sure payment to the dealer was moving along. Everyone I worked with was incredible.

I love this credit union. they have great rates and I don’t have to fill out any paper work when banking with them. Friendly tellers and have great hours.
