I came here after a car accident in March. I was set up with a care plan that started with 3 visits a week for 8 weeks, then went down to two visits a week for another 8 weeks. In total the plan was about 5 months long. I genuinely did feel better after everything, this review is more about the shadiness of their collection practices and complete lack of communication.
I received an email 11/​10/​2015 about a $ 1000 bill that, «has been turned over to patient responsibility as we have not been able to get in contact with you.»
They never attempted to contact me! This email was the first I knew about any bill due! On my last visit I provided my personal insurance information because I knew my PIP plan was going to run out soon. They never told me there was any problem with my personal insurance and never tried to reach me about it.
I replied to the email I received that same day (11/​10/​2015) stating that I provided my personal insurance and if they have issues please contact me.
2 weeks go by without a single word. I email AGAIN (11/​23/​2015) saying I am considering this matter resolved since I never heard back. Of course, THEN they respond.
I’m trying to get this resolved and you don’t respond for two weeks and only respond after I say I assume its resolved? GREAT customer service (said no one ever).
I do not recommend them for their horrible communication and follow up.

This is the first time in my life I have ever enjoyed going to any kind of health clinic!
The staff at BCW are amazing. Always friendly, always pleased to see me, always helpful.
Dr DuBois and her chiropractic team are fantastic and take great time to explain your treatment and the way it all works with the impact on your overall health.
Their Ideal Protein dept has changed my life. I’ve been on a diet for 35 years and have never had results like these in such a short time. Plus all of the staff have lost copious amounts of weight from the same program and therefore walk the walk. This is a huge motivator for me — that we are all in the same boat!
There are clinics much closer to me but I travel to BCW rain, hail or shine weekly so I can see these amazing people and get the top notch care that I deserve. Thank you!!!

While traveling for work I got a debilitating back injury. Thankfully, a local recommended me to Dr. Dusty and she worked miracles! The service I received was prompt, professional and competent. Within a few adjustments my pain was relieved and I could continue my work trip as scheduled. Wish I lived closer, thanks Dr. Dusty and crew for the wonderful care!

These guys have been taking care of my wonky, cantankerous back for quite a while now, and not only am getting good care, I am also pleased to say the doctors and desk staff have become my friends. What a cheerful crew! I actually look forward to my weekly visits. How many doctors’ offices can you say THAT about?!

I am a hairdresser, so naturally I have pretty terrible posture, and then along came a car accident leaving my back even more messed up. Thanks to bothell chiropractic and Dr. Dubois, I can now stand up perfectly straight, work a 10 hour day with no pain and even sleep better. In only a few short months! I went here hoping to get an adjustment after moving from out of state. I chose it due to their high ratings online. I was already receiving chiropractic care in the state from which I had moved. Instead of requesting that chiropractor’s records, I had to go through the new patient appointment and was charged my copay without receiving an adjustment. I was told to come back after they had time to evaluate some photos they had taken. I returned for the follow up and was talked through a sales pitch on why I should have 12 adjustments in 1 month (which is HALF of the amount of adjustments my insurance allows me for a YEAR). I told the doctor honestly I couldn’t afford that because I’m about to have a baby, and it would use too many of my allowed visits. He abruptly stood up and said «well, I can get you the name of someone down the road who does as you need it adjustments. We only do plans here.» He then marched to the front desk, told them to print the name off for me, and left me alone. First, I was already doing a plan with my other chiropractor that I simply needed to continue, in which I was already past the point of having every other day appointments for over a year now. Yet he was wanting to start all over? I feel like I was being scammed where he wanted to use up all of my insurance so that I would have to pay a larger fee to see him out of pocket. On top of that, he didn’t have to make me feel like I was being kicked out of his office. I am new to the Bothell area, and I hope this isn’t an example of what all «professionals» in this area act like.

Terrible experience the couple of times I have been here. Half of their reviews on here and Facebook are written by their employees. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone.

Went to a «Wellness class» Dr. Dubois noticed that I had tremors. Told me that she thought she could help me. Enough said, I’m in! After 2 adjustments, I could see a remarkable difference! Unfortunately, this will be a process due to «muscle memory», however, it’s better than taking medications that do more harm than good! So glad that I found them!

WOW! I just saw this for the first time. I am not surprised for some reason. This just validates my remarks. You, Dr. Dusty were the one that worked on me. Glad I made a lasting impression. So there is no mistake on the office. It was yours. My son and I both came there and I paid cash for our deductible $ 250 EACH. I was so upset with it all and was going to fight to the bitter end to get my money back because I found out that you were NOT to take my deductible per my insurance company. On top of taking that, I was paying a co pay each time. Your billing is messed up. No mistakes here. I pray that others don’t get swindled by your office.

The one thing you rarely experience at a medical facility are staff who are truly interested in providing you with a fantastic experience, and who are genuinely interested in customer service. Bothell Chiropractic has always made me feel like a friend of the family. Everyone is positive, accommodating, and friendly. They offer a variety of services to help with overall wellness in addition to the chore chiropractic services. Highly recommend these folks to all my friends.

Stay Away! I have chronic back and neck pain and have received treatment by a wonderful chiropractor, since my regular chiropractor moved away I look for another office close by. My initial visit started with me standing around for 10minutes before anyone bothered to ask if I have been help! After the initial appointment which included x-​rays and gathering some history, I was told by Dr. Lies that I need to come back for second visit. For the second visit I was taken to the room and after 20minutes of a sale pitch by Dr. Lies about all the workshops that I will need to attend and medical equipment I have to purchase from them, I was hit with $ 1300+ estimated out of pocket bill after insurance payment! When I explain I can’t afford any out of pocket expenses and have to stay with what cover by insurance which is the adjustment, she told me «we will not be able to care for you at this clinic», and I had to leave without any treatment even thou I had express how much pain I was in. one last shock was after check out, when they hand me my bill which indicated that they are out of network with my insurance therefore my very well know insurance doesn’t cover 100%, after my protest regarding the fact that I did ask at the time of scheduling they said they are not responsible to let me know that!

My daughter is a gymnast and had been having some joint pain and loss of flexability. Her pediatrician recomended several things but nothing helped. I decided to give chiropractic care a try, and I am so glad I did. Dr Lynna figured out my daughter had some underling conditions that were casusing the joint pain. after just a few visits my daughter was feeling better. We now keep her body in tune and free of injury by keeping chiropractic care a part of her regular sports medicine routine. Thank you Dr Lynna and Bothell Chiropractic and Wellness.

The first appointment I had was the same day after work, which was nice both for the immediacy and the flexible hours. The people at the front desk are very cordial over the phone and in person. Within in a few minutes they had me registered, back in an exam room and paged the doctor to let them know I was waiting. Dr DuBois was very professional and friendly walking me through the process and setting expectations in regards to treatment type, frequency and recovery. True to her word I was mobile within a week and better than I had been before I hurt my back by week two. I have been really impressed with the technology, demeanor, results and atmosphere in this office, so unlike most places you visit in the medical industry.
The front desk personnel were very efficient in letting me know what my insurance would cover and various options on the amount of treatment going forward coupled with options on payment. After a brief review of this information, they quickly put together a schedule for future appointments and added me to their notification system which can send reminders via text, email or phone.
I thought I was done after my back was in great shape and feeling good in such short order. On one visit in my first week I thought I would ask about the Wellness in their name and find out what else they might provide. The first thing I tried was their nutrition program for weight loss which Dr Dubois had been doing herself and spoke very highly of. I thought I would try it based on the excellent results the produced working on my back. I was amazed at how well organized they were and how simple this looked compared to the Vegan diet I had done for 3 months over the summer. Within the first two weeks 12lbs, and 3 pants sizes magically disappeared with little to no effort. I can’t «weight» to see what week 3 looks like.
2 for 2 I thought I would get a massage instead of going to a Spa or Massage Envy to see how they compared. This also was a winner as the last of the tightness in my back went away and I feel way more flexible. I found this surprising as I usually get a massage every couple weeks and this has been a lot more effective.
I would highly recommend this provider to anyone who takes the time to read this. I feel a lot better than I did even before I hurt my back and well on my way to getting back into the shape I was in college :)

I can’t say enough about Ideal Protein and the Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness clinic; in short, I LOST 35 POUNDS IN 3 MONTHS! I know people are skeptical of diet plans, I was myself, but after seeing my co-​worker lose nearly 80lbs I knew I couldn’t ignore the results.
My counselor, Alana, was with me every step of the way and I thank her for her support and guidance. I have since referred five close friends or co-​workers who have all had similar experiences and met their goal weights. You can go to a free information night if you like more information. You’ll also find their location is clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is very relaxing and you never feel out of place.
What really worked for me was the variety of food, flexible weekly visits and limited exercise. I leave my house at 7AM and don’t get home until 7PM or later most days. With 8 hours of sleep, I don’t have time to workout. I only have enough time to change, make dinner and relax a little before bedtime. Welcome to middle age — but that’s my point!
I didn’t want to begin my next decade in life (40s) without feeling ready or having a fighting chance. Take a chance and see for yourself. FIVE STARTS ABSOLUTELY!!!

First, Dr. Doerge was awesome! Love the guy… treated my wife and I with respect 110% of the time. Massage Therapists were awesome! Great job every time… the 3* are for these people.
Sadly, the rehab specialist was not a good situation… my wife was repeatedly yelled at for not coming early enough to get all her work done… though half the time she was there she was ignored. But you can only do so much in the time they schedule you. And honestly I felt uncomfortable around this person almost all the time. We only went for two months… and still are paying this off.
They will quote to very low prices for everything only to have them almost double. Make sure they check with your insurance company before giving you «Estimates.»
If Dr. Doerge ever goes somewhere else to practice, I would LOVE to know!

I have been coming here since the middle of December 2011. I got a Groupon gift from a friend, for a an examination on my neck and upper back from a prior car accident in 2005. They took x-​rays and told me what kind of treatments I needed and which steps to take to begin my treatment. They were very uplifting in helping to set a goal to get myself corrected. I was very skeptical on getting treatment because of my financial status at that time. I thought about it for a few weeks and decided to come back in January, since I am young enough to get it fixed, instead of refusing treatment and dealing with the pain. The staff is so kind and welcoming when I come in. The ladies at the front desk always remember my name and have a smile on there face and answer the phone professionally. I am excited to come here and get my treatment. I hope you chose this practice you wont regret it!

I first discovered Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness a few months ago when my poor mother was having horrible back pain. Not knowing what to do I decided to scour Unilocal for a Chiropractor, thinking maybe that would help her. That’s when I came across Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness.
My mom got a visit right away and as I’ve since witnessed myself, all the staff from the front desk, to the Chiropractors, specifically Dr. Doerge, genuinely care about you! They are knowledgeable and helpful!
After a couple of months visiting Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness my mom is a completely different woman! She rarely suffers from back, leg or shoulder pain now, and this is saying a lot as she’s suffered from this for as long as I can remember.
Being an office worker I too was having some middle back pain, and also having lost a large amount of weight my body was completely out of wack. My back pain is gone and it’s no longer a pain, literally, to do my work!
As with most of my reviews I find it’s important to note what the facility is like. Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness is in a beautiful building right downtown off Main St. It’s clean, bright and airy and full of state of the art equipment.
We are lucky to have discovered such a great group of professionals at Bothell Chiropractic & Wellness and would never think of going anywhere else!

I’ve been seeing Dr. DuBois off and on for many years now, ever since she was at Kaufman Chiropractic. One of the pains on my job involves sitting in a desk all day long, and I’ve visited quite a few chiropractors over the years because of it, and have to say this place is my favorite. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, and when I visit I don’t feel like the doctors are trying to push me just to make the next appointment. I feel that they are actually trying to improve my physical heath.
I would highly recommend Bothell Heath and Wellness to anyone who is looking for quality chiropractic care.
