We loved the Bellevue branch and wanted to try this branch. Very disappointed with the service. The guy who attended us was super rude. And the pineapple pieces added on my pizza were rotten n stinky. I really hope they get better…

I originally set out on Mothers Day in search of the new«Grandma’sPizza» on that corner, but found them closed — on a Sunday ??? Bad business plan. With a promise of pizza to my family I didn’t want to return home empty handed so I figured I’d give Can-Am a try. We used to order their Indian pizzas when we lived closer to the area… They were good but often a bit over cooked. I stuck to good old pepperoni/combo and a side of hot wings. Gotta say I was pleasantly surprised, and we actually ate the entire pizza in one sitting which never happens! The wings were a little different from your average buffalo flavor, but they were really good! An almost sweet taste at first then a good spicy aftertaste. The pizza crust was nice and chewy and not overly sweet, which I don’t care for… It definitely hit the spot for us. Not sure if I would make it our«go to «pizza spot but would definitely order again.

Great pizza and it was fast. Only got 4 stars due to cost. I think they are a little high on the cost for a large pizza.

They have very good pizza. You will love eating it especially if you r Indian(paneer pizza and butter chicken and all). I gave 2 star because the guy who is in charge of billing doesn’t give you itemized bill. This happened 4 times and because we did home delivery we never bothered. Now last 2 times I went there to pick up pizza. The guy didn’t give me itemized bill. When I asked him to give me itemized bill he wrote it on a piece of paper and gave me. I counted when I went home and he charged me 50 cents extra(counted taxes and all in the bill). It’s not about 50c it’s about how you cheat and don’t give itemized bill so you can take money from your customers. I didn’t go back to fight about extra 50c but as a customer I have a right to say so I m writing here.

We had a good experience at this Can-Am location, the gentleman that helped was customer service friendly and even chatted with us about the Seahawks. We ordered the Butter Chicken pizza, it was ready in about 20 minutes. We opened up the box and the pizza looked amazing. The pizza tasted very fresh and generously topped with the unique flavors of Indian style. Looking forward to trying the Tandori Chicken pizza next time.

We are Oregonians who love can am and usually buy back two extra large pizzas. The bothell branch is horrible. The butter chicken pizza had way too much gravy. It was drenched in masala and was overwhelming. The crust was dry. The karahi paneer not much better. Now we have two huge pizzas worth $ 45 all the way from Seattle that is far from our expectations. I have been to many of their other ones. But not to bothell again!

Delivery charge was pretty steep, $ 8, but if you are in a bind and can’t leave the house it works. Their menu offers a pretty wide variety of options to choose from, this is where they get a good rating! This time I chose a garden salad, pass on this. I also went with the Supreme Calzone. I must admit, it was pretty good! Cooked to perfection, decent size and great flavor and ingredients. Not a bad neighborhood option for pick up either.

So I finally tried the pizza and I didn’t die. Again, they left the glass on the side, I like the pizza, even though it’s not super cheesy. It’s different than other pizza places and I like that. I got the two large for $ 8.99 deal. I tried one with artichoke and feta and another with spinach and garlic. Both had fresh veggies and an abundance of toppings. I really want to try one of the Indian pizzas but was with mixed company and opted to go for something more mild. There’s always next time though! I’m happy to say this place is safe and not as horrible as everyone says(at least I think it’s pretty darn good).

Decent tasting, but way too expensive for what you get. The large pizzas should be considered a medium, maybe even small. For the price, I’d go elsewhere.

18 bucks for a medium sized«large» pizza. Frozen is so far beyond this. We also picked it up. Where is the good pizza in Bothell. This place is horrible.

Attaching photo of my pepperoni and black olive. I looked at it when I picked it up and asked where the pepperoni was. The person behind the counter said it was under the cheese. I don’t think I ever did find that pepperoni. Pizza was thin and dry. See my photo. No good. Recommend avoiding at all costs.

This place is beyond wack. Horrible customer service and a 5 dollar delivery fee which they don’t even disclose. Oh and if you pay by card, another $ 1 dollar fee. That isn’t even legal. And they forgot the sauce, but wait… The sauce was free.

Big fan of Bellevue Canam paneer butter Masala pizza. Having moved to Bothell, was so excited to have one close by. But it was huge disappointment. Taste was not a bit close to Bellevue ones. Not sure why they go by the same name.

I love the Bellevue branch Can-Am pizza, so when I moved to Bothell I was excited to hear that they had a Can-Am branch too. However the Bothell branch is nothing like the Bellevue branch, the pizza here is frankly a piece of crap compared to the Bellevue branch. The dough/pizza base was chewy and tough rather than crisp and the pizza toppings and sauce was of way inferior quality. I guess I will be going back to the Bellevue branch whenever I want to have Indian pizza :-(

Good Indian styled pizza! Amazing actually. But crappy service. Removing two stars for the service and the place.

I would give the food 2 stars, but it gets knocked down because of the sketchy business practices. This evening I came home to find a flyer from CanAm inserted into my door. We didn’t feel like cooking and ordered a large garlic chicken pizza and an order of cheese breadsticks. According to the flyer, this would be a total of $ 21($ 15.99 for the pizza and $ 4.99 for the bread). However, when the delivery guy arrived it was somehow $ 31. WHAT? Even with tax and a normal delivery charge you would estimate around $ 27, but somehow they added to that? Unfortunately, since we weren’t provided an itemized receipt we don’t know where the extra charge came from. I really don’t appreciate the bait and switch after ordering off a flyer received THATDAY! I know it is only a few dollars, but c’mon. Don’t distribute information with outdated info.

GLASS was in the pizza!!! We ordered a butter chicken pizza from here last night, and my niece bit into a piece of glass in her first slice. I immediately called the restaurant and told them what had happened. The lady I spoke to offered no apologies, and spouted off absurdities like they have absolutely no glass of any kind in the place, and that it had to have come from one of their suppliers. She even asked me to bring the pizza and glass shard back to the restaurant, so she could inspect it. Eventually, I thought we agreed that she would send a delivery man to refund me the money. The delivery man arrived, inspected the glass and the pizza, and only offered to bring a new one. Obviously, I had to decline the offer of another glass-filled dinner. I had to call Can-Am Pizza again(with the delivery man present), and the lady I had previously spoken to accused us of putting glass in the pizza, so we weren’t entitled to a refund. I said I would write a review, which is my first ever, and she accused me of threatening her, and ended the conversation. The delivery man followed the lady’s lead, and rudely said we should keep the pizza since we weren’t getting a new one, or a refund. He also accused us of putting glass in an 11 year old girl’s pizza. Obviously, he was asked to leave. Before doing so, he insulted me again by saying something to the tune of, «What, you need money, here’s 20 bucks», while pretending to reach for his wallet. If you like glassy joints, with first-glass employees and management, with glassy pizzas and glassic toppings, this place is for you. Not so much for me and my family.
