As first-​time home buyers, my husband and I couldn’t have ended up working with a better real estate agent than Carmen!
He took the time to walk us through the home buying process and answered all of our questions (there were many) with thoroughness and patience. His response time was incredibly fast — there were times when we’d email him and and have a response minutes later. In today’s tough market for home buyers, this was crucial!
He’s a true professional and his experience shows. Plus, he’s a genuinely kind person. Carmen was truly an advocate for us and we knew he always had our best interests at heart. He took the time to get to know exactly what we were looking for, as well as get to know us as people, and we couldn’t be happier with our new home.

We have worked with Carmen Crispeno (CC) for several years. CC helped out purchase our homes. He is patient and takes the time to make sure that he’s finding the right home for his clients.
I remember on several occasions where we gave very short notice when wanting to look a house, and CC was always very gracious and willing to squeeze us in to his schedule. He made our home buying a pleasant and painless process.
We now have rental homes which CC provides property management services. He has handled marketing our property, finding the best possible tenants, and keeps our rental properties is good condition. He does what a great property manager would do — give the homeowner a piece of mind knowing that their property is in good hands.
