I’ve probably spent upwards of $ 3,000 there over the last couple years there, because it’s convenient and close to my house. After my last two experiences with them I will never buy a single piece of jewelry there again. They act like they are your best friend when you are buying something. I came in the day after I had spent a ton of money on Christmas gifts for my girlfriend and mother to get my watch sized. The lady that had sold me all of jewelry the day prior was helping me. She had a poor attitude the entire time. Like she didn’t have the time of day for me. Today the same exact thing happened to me. I went in the resize my other watch and was treated very poorly. I ended up going to the Fred Meyers in Kirkland instead. Where they were very professional and nice. NEVER go to Fred Meyer jewlers in bothell unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen.

The staff was not nice. Well, actually they didn’t even have a chance to be anything really because they barely acknowledged my presence. I was looking for bridesmaid jewelry and they said a quick hi and BOTH people working didn’t bother to even look in my direction. I asked for a comment card or anything because my friend told me not to call them on it(they didn’t). I will NEVER shop with them ever. I came in the store because I had a bad experience once and I thought I’d give them another chance. Wrong choice.

The staff is not very polite. They interrupt and push-sell. This is the last diamond we purchase from here and we’ve made multiple purchases. Also, Fred Meyer Jewelers charges a lot of money to resize the new diamond ring you just purchased from them. They claimed they did call and leave a voicemail when the ring was ready but Vonage emails me every time there’s a new voicemail. I went deeper and searched for the voicemail and there was no voicemail or email from them. I guess I’m a liar as well as too much of a bother to allow finishing a sentence. The staff there is forced to push-sell one of those bogus $ 99 «lifetime, covers everything» insurance policies or they’ll gouge you to resize the new diamond ring you just bought. Not good — this stuff is not a necessity and there are better values out there. Good luck getting your diamond ring serviced if you lose the invoice, they want you to bring it in every 6 months with the ring or it’s no good.
