My name is Michael O’Neill I am a second generation «Car Guy» My Father was the owner of several Exotic & Luxury Car dealerships for over 40 years throughout the Seattle WA area. Growing up around the industry I developed into a passionate Enthusiast of Special Interest Vehicles of all sorts. After several years of working my way into positions throughout my Fathers companies and into management, I realized I had a natural talent at finding good deals on vehicles and reselling them. Eventually with the need to start a career of my own I branched off creating Frontline Auto Brokers. I am personally available to all of my customers ²⁴⁄₇. My wife and I believe in Family values and fair dealings with everyone, as we hope to pass our company down to them with an exemplary reputation!

Interested in 350z we came upon a listing for a 2008 White 350z with low miles on craigslist, after visiting a couple other dealerships and not feeling it my boyfriend and I decided to stop in here and check out the 350z. My boyfriend had already previously contacted the owner about the availability and let him know we were coming. Michael had the vehicle warming up by the time we got there and my boyfriend was immediately able to take it for a test drive. He loved the vehicle and it was in pristine condition besides a couple minor flaws and proceeded to let Michael know that we were seriously interested in the vehicle, but those things needed to be fixed. Michael got them fixed quickly and had excellent communication with my boyfriend the whole time. Ill admit I was skeptical at first since I work for a major automotive group but Michael worked hard to get us a deal and my boyfriend was able to purchase the vehicle last night! Thanks again Michael!

DO YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF??? DO YOU WANT POOR SERVICE??? GO HERE!!! My Husband received a price over the phone, he called back and the price went up a few hundred dollars. He and I drove to the dealership with our kids and the price went up Another few hundred dollars. When I dared to question the older «man» about the price, he asked my Husband to step aside away from where I could hear them speak. I then confronted his sexist actions and I informed him I would report him to Unilocal and then he said «well if you’re gonna do that, then I’m not gonna talk to ya!» The end!!!

Creepy. That was the first thought as we drove up to the place. Second thought: wife and kids stay in the car. No one came out to greet us, and when I went inside, the two guys inside had their feet up on the desks. inside was dingy at best, with paint rubbed off of the walls, and it just looked unclean. At that point, one of them greeted me. I told him what car I was interested in, and he told me that the convertible top had not been put up right so it was full of water (a rain shower head just ended that morning). With that car firmly out of the running, I asked about a hatchback they had posted online. He took me outside, and after the car struggled to start, tried to convince me that it was fine and all the cars of that model did that. At that point, I simply told them I was not buying far from that dealership and left.
Maybe their cars are good (not those two), but their customer service is extremely poor. Doesn’t seem like they take very good care of their inventory.

Normally, car dealers are a major pain in the behind. I go to great lengths to avoid them. Phil and the guys are different.
I was looking for a BMW X5. They had one. Since I have a shop and am not afraid of a broken car, the BMW they had for sale interested me. They represented that the X5 probably had a blown motor and to be prepared to replace it if I bought it. Since it was in pretty good condition otherwise, I pulled the trigger.
As soon as I got her home, in went a new alternator. Now she stayed running. The driveability issue turned out to be a rather expensive valve, but much cheaper than a new engine. Two days later, she’s running great! I made an investment in a vehicle based upon a proper and honest representation from Phil. Instead of the usual, «Oh, it just needs new spark plugs» or other BS representation, Phil tells me that he’s uncertain and represents what could be my worst case, a bad motor! This is big in my book.
This is unheard of in the car business. I will be back. Thank you Phil!

I was pleasantly surprised to find this place, this is NOT your typical car dealer situation. I initially looked at ads online and then spent all weekend checking out vehicles at dealers who had largely misrepresented their vehicles quality and condition.
I was very tired and worn out but decided to make the trek out to Bothell and made my last attempt at Frontline Auto Centre. When I arrived I was greeted by a guy named Todd who had a genuine and sincere desire to help me (unlike the other clowns I had encountered). He gave me plenty of space, wasn’t pushy or arrogant an actually allowed me to test drive by myself! This was a nice change of pace and a practically unique approach.
After doing several test drives, might I add these cars were very clean and nicer than the pictures, I narrowed my list down to the car I wanted to purchase. I negotiated a fair price without any back and forth uncomfortable haggling and Todd even allowed me to take it to my mechanic for a full inspection. Todd stated if there were any major defects they would like the opportunity to fix and or I could return the car. Really??? How could this be happening? An honest, stand behind the products they sell used car dealer?
Everything checked out and needless to say, I am stoked about my new car and feel compelled to let everyone know. I will be referring Todd and Frontline Auto Centre in Bothell to anyone looking into getting into a nice used car.

Not to discredit any prior reviews, but they don’t line up with my experience at all. Working with Mike, I always felt comfortable and zero pressure. He was confident that the car I came to look at was priced to sell, and never pressured me to buy that day. We test drove a 2004 Honda Accord and everything went smooth. He encouraged highway and city driving, and showed me how great the stereo sounds. Pointing out all the gadgets and ensuring even the heated leather seats worked. (Not only did they work, I can’t believe the condition of them. They looked brand new). I was hesitant, it was my largest purchase ever at 22 years old, and he asked me about what else I had seen and if anything had been as good of a deal or in as good of condition as this car. He had a point. I had been searching for months and never found another car on that level. Close to perfect!!! The price was exactly what I felt comfortable paying, and he threw in an auxiliary cable install so I could listen to my iPhone! That did it for me! I had no problem making the purchase that day, and at over a year after my purchase, I love my car more and more! Thanks Mike!

I have no problem recommending this place for many types of buyers. They have cars for those of us who are looking for lower priced cars. They also have great deals on late model really nice looking cars that cost a bit more. What sets this place a part from others is the people. I had a minor hiccup with my experience and even though the owner’s wife had just given birth to their child he called me up personally at the first chance he had and asked what he could do to make things right. He took ownership of the problem, apologized, and corrected the situation these elements are missing from many companies not just used cars salesman. I’m happy with the end result and hope to see him when I’m ready to trade my New Beetle in for something else. :) Thanks guys!

This place is the biggest joke … my friend and I drove 8 hours to look at cars, the guy came out in sweats and a nasty looking shirt. He told my friend over the phone he had great cars and good prices and he could guarantee her a car. The first car was a piece of crap the second one was smoking so bad we only drove it a block and had to turn around. We told the guy what she was looking for and he kept saying well we can only finance two of our cars which were the two junkers we already test drove. we told the guy we were leaving cuz he didnt have what we were looking for, he then backed my friend into a corner saying you are going to buy a car you didnt drive all this way for nothing … I heard how he was talking to her so I stepped in and needless to say we left. about an hour later he texted her saying you shouldnt let your friend tell you what to do by that time we went down the street and she got what she wanted from professionals… I have never met a car salesman so rude and unprofessional until we went to frontline… save your money and time and your breath cuz the owner doesnt deserve any of it …
