Immediate Clinic

I could not believe how this place was run. I went in with severe food poisoning from oysters. First the doctor completely disregarded that I was within the incubation period and had all the symptoms of oyster poisoning. He said I didnt have food poisoning, gave me something for nausea and sent me on my way. I had been severely throwing up (and other end) for so long, that I had nothing left and was shaking painfully from being cold from the dehydration. I couldnt walk or stand by the time I got there. There was no attempt to warm me up or give me fluids. I begged for a blanket, and their answer was ‘Sorry, the only blanket we have has blood on it.’ What??? Also you only have one blanket in urgent care??? The front desk girl was a total sweetheart and felt terribly for me. She is the only reason there are 2 stars. The doctor, on the other hand was dismissive and treats you like you are stupid. I was able to see my primary doctor the next day, and he confirmed that I had in fact had food poisoning from oysters. I woukd never go here again. Id rather wait the in the emergency room.

I went prepared for the worst after reading reviews, but my experience was completely positive. I signed up online so my wait was only 10 minutes (completing paperwork most of that time). Bryan at the front desk was very courteous, Michelle was efficient with the medical assistant tasks, Dr. Kelly was thorough and hopefully her diagnosis and prescribed treatment have me on the mend pronto.

I’ve been to this clinic several times and have been treated with dignity and respect every time. My last time, I made an appointment, but still waited 45 minutes. The other times, there was no wait.
The receptionists are very friendly and courteous. The medical assistant Jen was thorough and considerate. Dr. Farahmand took time to listen and ask questions. He was genuinely concerned as I had been in a car accident.
I would go back again, I will refer friends and family to this clinic.
I had been seen at the Redmond Immediate Clinic as well with similar results.

Slow as hell. Walked in with all my forms completed, 20 mins before my appointment started (which was a scheduled appointment) and the super awesome lady at the front with such a sunny disposition (not) nonchalantly said they were running behind, not by 10 mins but by an hour… I later found out her name to be Brandy, I’m almost positive Brandy hates life, her job, or both. She’s super rude to all the patients that walks in and likes to slam things around. I question why she’s employed here in the first place, as she is rude to her co workers too. Anyway, as I’m writing this review, I’m currently chilling in the cold ass lobby sincerely wishing that 1.) I didn’t have a UTI and 2.) that I would have gone to another walkin clinic, any walkin clinic and I haven’t even seen a provider yet.
After being brought back by the medical assistant, Lindsey, things got much better. Exceptionally nice and profusely apologized for the wait. Too bad Brandy can’t adopt some of Lindsey’s personality.

More like ‘slow-​ass’ clinic.
Shouldn’t take an hour and a half (45 mins of that after being taken to the examination room) to see a doc. Finally gave up and went home. Rather be sick than ever set foot in this place again!

I have to update my review since receiving my bills. I received bills for both of my visits and both were incorrect. After contacting my insurance provider to make sure there should have been no charge other than my co-​pay, I had to call back Immediate Clinic twice and was told «oh, we didn’t resubmit the claim» — just frustrating that I had to do that (twice) which makes me less confident in their overall billing/​claims adjudication process. I hate to think that there might be some people that would pay that amount because they aren’t familiar with their health insurance plan intricacies.

WARNING!!! WAIST OF TIME!!! They have no concept of using their waiting list so why have one if it’s not going to be followed. We made an apt, showed up 15 min early along with a walk-​in patient and after almost an hour of waiting past our apt time they called the walk-​in to go back we mentioned that we have an apt and she stated they were there 10 min before us. We told her that was not true so when we complained to the person in charge she changed her story again! I contacted the corporate office and they only made excuses. Goes to show you’re only as good as your management so no surprise there.

After making the appointment online, I walked in, was triaged and seen by a provider quickly. The process was easy and efficient.

Convenient location not far from I-​405 with plenty of free parking. Making my appointment, «getting in line» online, and receiving a text message 20 minutes out was amazing and made my visit painless (well… other than my strep throat, lol).
The clinic was spotless, there were TVs in both the waiting room and the exam rooms, lab results were done in less than 10 minutes, and all of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I was impressed by their use of tablets instead of pen and paper. Checkout was a breeze and, thanks to the fully-​electronic system, my summary of care was super neat, detailed and organized.

Don’t waste your time here. Not much of a wait time, and I know why. Not much of a doctor. First was told nothing was wrong with my daughter, then later was told to get her Primary Care doctor informed/​involved and to see a specialist next day… then the topper, no after visit paperwork. What? No paperwork? Had to go back in to ask for it and then waited for 10 minutes for them to conjure up 2 sheets of vague nothingness. Really, no mention of their recommendations for follow up care. Like they didn’t want to cop to the referral. Odd and scary, this is healthcare, not a diagnosis of the old Honda… I could have done without the extra worry now, and the extra appointment… but I don’t trust this «Doctor/​nurse practitioner/​intern/​physiology student/​who knows», so I shouldn’t worry too much. I just wasted my time. Lesson learned, NO DOCS R US.

Their uneducated absurd staff misdiagnosed me with a bpm of 280 while I was sitting there having a conversation with them. The machine clearly malfunctioned (the ER doctor confirmed) but that didn’t negate the 1100 dollars in fees I incurred after they insisted on calling an ambulance for me. Even though I was sitting there calmly waiting just wanting something for my chest cold. Some good old fashion common sense would have gone a long way. I cannot impress upon the fact enough, that the staff here is genuinely stupid and should not be in the practice of medicine.

Incompetent, under educated, waste of time! I went into this clinic for an infected tattoo. After almost an HOUR wait, I’m told by the ‘doctor’ that it’s normal for tattoos to heal the way that mine was. Really? Because I’m sure yellow discharge, localized pain with tingling and redness are ALL signs of infection! I tell her I’m keeping it dry and applying triple antibiotic ointment twice a day. She says ‘No. You have to keep it dry and apply antibiotic ointment a couple times a day.’ I’m not sure if she didn’t understand my excellent English with her tiny foreign brain or if she was just being a bitch. She seemed irritated and lost. As I’m walking out of the room from my pointless, waste of time appointment she stops me to make sure I understand that a tattoo is created by puncturing the skin to add pigment. Seriously lady?! Obviously I know how a tattoo works. I was there while I got it! And if she opened her eyes she would have noticed it wasn’t my first!
Also, there is NO privacy anywhere around the front desk or in the waiting room. You can hear everything any one else is saying and they can hear you.
I will never go back to this clinic again and will be sure to steer every person I come in contact with in the opposite direction.
