In Harmony Sustainable Landscapes

I had called and left a msg for a quote, it took me calling back to get to talk w/​someone. I got through to the quote person, gave him all my info and such. I thought i was making progress, well the next day i called to see if he was coming over to do the est. He said, oh i knocked on the door and the lady in the robe w/​the bull dog came out and said thank-​you? I said? REALLY? I dont have a bull dog or that my nanny should be ans the door in a robe. He was like You’re not… «x person? «Same last name, but different person and the totally wrong address! So i said, ok NO problem, can you come to MY house and give me the est? He got all flustered as if it was MY fault they got the wrong address ?? He shuffled me off the phone and said i’ll be right over. This was Thursday and Its now saturday? Ive yet to hear back from them? I had high hopes cause ive liked their web page, & what they had to offer. So If they get back to me, I’ll update my review. Until then, bad cust service. IF you want business, then do it right, if you dont have time. just say so! Hum…

We had an excellent experience with In Harmony from start to finish. I agree with the other reviewers: they were on time for both the estimate and work, the ladies answering phones were friendly and great customer service reps, they used eco-​friendly practices, and the finished product was flawless.
First of all, our job request was undesirable. I am assuming this based on calling various other companies and once describing our needs never getting a call back. We wanted a one day clean-​up and our yard was a complete mess. In Harmony was the first company to even give us the time of day. The first person who answered the phone couldn’t answer my questions so she passed me off to someone who could. She was very friendly and I appreciate good customer service having been in the industry.
The second person I spoke with, Karrie, said she wasn’t sure if they could do the job but she was happy to come take a look. She showed up on time and we had a conversation about the work we wanted done. She said they could do it because they were planning on starting a new division of the company dedicated to this type of service. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn’t judge me (or if she did she covered it up well haha). I felt so embarrassed of our yard so I really appreciated her kindness. Also coming from a company who I’m sure normally works on huge, beautiful landscapes she was very willing to help us with our very small and homely yard. She is great at her job and was so easy to work with. A great reflection of the company.
As for the actual job, they showed up on time and got right to work. My neighbor pointed out to my husband that they were working FAST! This doesn’t mean the work wasn’t quality. When they finished our yard was transformed completely. It went from a jungle of weeds and wayward plants to a manicured, clean slate. Which is exactly what we asked for. It was important to me to use an eco-​friendly company, especially because I have a toddler and a dog and didn’t want chemicals all over our yard. Their work was beautiful and not harmful to our family or the environment! We couldn’t be happier with the result. No more walks of shame past the neighbors!
So all in all a great experience. This company is obviously ran well and that is evident in everything they do from the first point of contact to the final result. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for clean up or landscape design (if you check out their website they do beautiful work). Oh and I forgot to mention, their quote was a few hundred dollars less than the one other company willing to come out and give us one. Amazing! I highly recommend using them for your landscaping needs.

We were looking for an eco-​friendly weed treatment, fertilization. I found In Harmony and decided to call them. The 2 ladies who answered the phones were all very nice and helpful on answering my questions. They lady who came by for the estimate was also on-​time (the first for any landscaping company we had call so far!!) and friendly. We signed up for weed treatment, fertilization, seeding & aeration services.
So far we had 1 fertilization treatment and the yard is looking much better already after 4 weeks! I also love that they call & mail a postcard to let you know when they’ll be on the property so no surprises, and after the service they leave a report card to let you know who came by and what was done. I’ll definitely recommend their service to friends.

When I moved to the Northwest 8 years ago I researched eco-​friendly yard services. I was initially looking for someone to weed/​mow and called InHarmony. They do a great job taking care of lawn aeration, soil soaking my shrubs, fertilizing my flowers and using environmental products. My yard looks wonderful and people in my neighborhood are always commenting on how my yard seems so lush compared to others. No sales gimmicks. Just pure care and customer service. These folks even recommended Clean air mowing services for clean mowing and Trees for Life when I needed a tree removed. Great staff!
