He’s the man plain and simple. It was easy to tell this guy knows what he is doing. Never in my life have I had such an easy process getting a loan. He got the job done quick and was a very easy process, would recommend him to all my friends.

Not sure if this guy was having a bad month or what but he completely wasted our time for almost a month. He told us the wrong quote to start with because he forgot to include mortgage insurance. No problem, everyone makes mistakes. Then after hours of getting the paperwork together, dropping it off, back and forth communications he tells us oops we can’t actually do the loan I’ve been telling you about for almost a month. These errors were pretty standard stuff that anyone in his position should be very aware of. Mortgage 101 stuff. Either he needs more sleep or should get into another job. Beware of this lender!!!
