We dreaded doing our 2010 taxes, knowing our circumstances would for the first time require assistance. Just as I was about to cry, «What shall we do, where shall we go,» enter Kenneth T Williams’ office.
Truth be told, a friend of ours works in Ken’s office, but we knew nothing about him, and there were no reviews on Unilocal.After our friend said Ken would take care of us, we took the leap of faith, agreeing to hand over control of our 2009 financial lives. We were not disappointed.
Our friend, who also happens to be the office manager, gave us a bunch of paperwork to complete. It took us a while to finish, but I’ll never forget the blissful feeling of collecting those papers, placing them in an envelope, and passing them off to someone else. Cocktail, please.
Ken and our friend were in touch with us regarding a couple mistakes I had made on the paperwork, and also regarding a huge reporting error Chase Bank made (shakes fist at The Man). Ken finished our taxes, touched base about the filing process, and gave us copies of our returns – compiled in a mini notebook. When we opened up our notebooks, I nearly lost an eye when I saw the size of my refund. I was expecting money back, but was surprised the amount was so big.
It’s really nice to know if we need assistance again with 2010 taxes, we know what to do and where to go.
