Kim is the best esthetician you can find in Bothell and Mill Creek area. She’s very professional and knowledgeable, always takes time to explain the process, and informs you with all the steps to care after your treatment. Her salon is clean, well decorated and very relaxing. I have done a couple of eyelashes extensions with her, classic fill, Russian volume, waxing and facials. She is very detailed and perfectionist. I have seen many of my friends lashes extensions made really poorly, clumpy, with gaps and glued together, resulting in losing most of your natural lashes. But Kim makes sure when she glues the lashes on your lid it won’t cause damage to your natural lashes. She is so professional and doesn’t do her job because of money, but because she loves what she does. I have seen girls going to her for a full set and having sending them back home, because they don’t have enough natural lashes for a full set. Instead she recommends them using the lash boost in the meantime and come after one month. The glue she uses its high quality.
I have use her London brow eyelash boost myself after I removed my eyelashes extensions, and saw incredible results. I was so amazed, even tho I already had long natural lashes, using her boost it made grow more lashes, making them fuller and longer. And you can use to grow hair on your eyebrows too. She has many varieties of colorful lashes, and curls to choose from. Lashes for all occasions. She even has an ombré, black and dark blue, or with purple, etc… It looks gorgeous! I also have seen many of my friends and other clients of hers with amazing results after her revolutionary treatment eyebrow. She even has a tool to measure the right size of your brow.
I’ve been seeing her currently for a microneedling for a scar I have besides my lips. I have this scar since I was 1 year old. I never thought I could reduce the appearance of that scar that I live with for more than 30 years. It’s such an amazing treatment, it can be a little painful tho, but she uses a topical anesthetic cream before. It’s so worth it! This minimal invasive skin rejuvenation procedure involves repeatedly puncturing the skin with tiny, sterile needles which will create a channel that triggers the body to fill these microscopic wounds by producing new collagen and elastin. I haven’t finish my treatment yet, but I could see already a big improvement of the appearance of my scar after the first few treatments. She also used on my c-​section scar, which I had a little section with keloid, and that hard lumpy feeling completely disappeared and the scar is more light color. I am very happy with the results so far and excited to see the final results after my treatment.

KIM IS A GODDESS! I am so excited that I have found such talent in the Pacific Northwest! It’s been quite the search for me to have someone wax me the way Kim has (and with her skill level)! My brows have never looked so perfect! Kim maps, waxes, and tints my brows and I’ve never left unsatisfied! She always waxes my lip, I’ve waxes at many places and Kim’s waxes are so painless!!! I don’t tear up or ANYTHING! I always tell her I can handle her waxes all day! I usually break out after waxes and get skin irritation but I’ve never broken out or have had any irritation after with Kim, she uses top quality products. She has two cute extremely sweet doggies, they lay on my lap (totally one my favorite things about getting serviced with Kim), SHE ALWAYS give me the option of having them in the room or not, of course I always want them! I can’t wait for more service with her, we are working our way towards micro-​blading and lashes! I’ve seen her work and they’re all so great!!! I am so glad I found her!!! NEVER LEAVE ME KIM! ! I’ll start my review with Andrea she was hungry during my lash extension appointment. I told he she could get something to eat and Kim offered her some food aswell witch she denied. She was huffing and puffing and frustrated with my eyelashes. She worked for less then the allotted time. Scheduled an appointment with her last week which she knew she was out of town and couldn’t make the appointment. I have a list of text messages from two days previous asking about my lash. Then a few hour before my appointment she text saying she out of town (in California) and can’t make our appointment. Ugh so unprofessional ! So now for Kim I made an appointment once Andrea canceled. For Tuesday with Kim got an email saying she was canceling my appointment I called to see what was going on and make another appointment and she said I’ll be honest something went missing from my house the day of your appointment and I don’t want you to come back here anymore. Wow this shocked me so much! I pay good money for my lashes to be done then get accused of stealing something from her house. Witch I didn’t. The way she told me was so unprofessional. You would think she would know how to act with all time she’s put into her business. Not to mention she’s remodeling her home. It smells like dog piss. She has two small dogs running around while I’m in my appointment. She also offered to teach my friend that goes to Jene Juarez how to do lashes. I’m so upset and confused about her judgment she has passed on me and my friend. When I was there there was 2 other client besides me and my friend so am wondering if she asked them not to come back to her home as well. And I hope she finds whatever went missing and apologizes to me and her other clients that spent time at her house that day. once both my friend and I where done with our appointments she walked us out. She had a new client arrived. we waited on her steps until ubur come and picked us up. Ugh frustrated with the both of you. Very rude and unprofessional!

I’ve had my eyebrows waxed and tattooed, also my lashes done at Lash Me Wax Me. I’ve been very happy the with outcome. The place is clean. The staff and the owner are very professional. They take the time to explain the process of what they are doing. They do not rush through the process but take their time to give their clients a nice clean job. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. The owner Kim goes to classes at her own expense to keep updated on the latest techniques. I highly recommend this place.

Lash me Wax me has never disappointed me. In fact I’m always overly pleased! Kim Filion (the owner) has always done my lashes extremely well, and goes above and beyond to make sure I always look and feel fabulous. My lashes always stay on well, and are thick and full. Additionally, she’s timely, professional and a kick in the pants. I love our chats :) I’ve also referred several people to her and all have been pleased and still continue to go back. Kim is by far the best lash tech I’ve been to! She gives you beautiful natural looking lashes! And her glue never irritates my eyes as it always had in the past! Would highly recommend! If you’re unhappy where you are currently getting your lashes, give Kim a try! You’ll be SO happy you did!

1^st time here today… Was looking for a local place to get lashes done for my trip and she was on point and very personable! Best experience I’ve had. I will definitely be back! :)

Been in the area for almost 6 months and finally I have found a great place for all my waxing, eye brow shaping, needs. Kim is marvelous always giving me good sound advice on my eyes and skin. If she doesn’t offer a service I need she is very helpful in guiding me toward the best in the area. It is wonderful to have a professional looking out for my needs instead of the $$$. Pricing is reasonable and offers periodical «specials» for first time clients. Try her once and you will agree, she’s the Best. Always sharpening her skills with update classes as well as teaching many required classes.

Kim does a fabulous job! I am totally addicted to my lashes. I was a little thrown off the first time, as she works from her home. However, her work space is clean, organized and professional, and she made me comfortable. She is very knowledgeable about her tools and supplies, and when she is not doing lashes herself she is training others (that’s always a good sign). No plans on quitting my lashes any time soon. :)

Best experience EVER. Kim pays attention to detail and is also diligent in not using harmful products. No strong smelling glue that makes your eyes weep. She is highly professional and her expertise is evident in her work. I am a lash extension fan forever and her expertise in lash extensions and waxing has me flying from Spokane to Seattle area to continue getting nothing but the best results.
