I have never had worse customer service from a small business. After dropping my clothes off 2 weeks ago and leaving FOUR messages, I have yet to have anyone respond to let me know what they will or won’t consign. I left some nice items… True Religion Jeans, DKNY, Talbott’s, Jones of New York… nothing spectacular, but items I know other consignments shops would be happy to have. When I have reached someone in person, she tells me «she doesn’t use the computer» and that waiting two weeks to hear back is «not unusual in this business». She acts as though she couldn’t care less — very rude. At this point I am simply hoping to get my clothes back. I hate to say this, because I generally really like the shops at Country Village, but I would seriously think twice about giving these people my business.

As far as consigning goes, they could have been friendlier. When I went in to set up an appointment I got weird looks and minimal friendliness. After that i needed to reschedule, and they did very little to help me set another appointment. That’s as far as the consignment train went because they didn’t have a new slot for me. Not cool.

My girlfriend and I came in while wandering around Bothell’s Country Village. What a great consignment shop! Clothes are brand names even high end either new or are in very good condition. My girlfriend has been looking for boots everywhere and couldn’t find any she loved at Nordstrom or anywhere at the mall, the owner Cristina who was very nice and passionate pointed out a perfect brand new pair she just bought online! It’s like she knew exactly what my girlfriend’s style. The store even had men’s clothes and found Diesel jeans for myself. Thanks Cristina and keep up the good work! Your son is the cutest and a perfect addition to the store!

This is a great store! Honestly — the prices are very reasonable and I feel that the selection is really great. I also use the store as a great place to consign my clothes. The owner is very good about giving you a detailed and itemized receipt for the clothese that you are consigning. This makes it possible of you to know exactly how much each of your items is going to sell for… if in fact they sell. Many stores that you consign to, you have no idea how much your clothes actually sold for. Take your clothes here and you will not be disappointed.

I really don’t know what everybody is raving about. The selection is pretty frumpy. I have to give it one thing, the place is clean.

Another boutique I like to frequent and not to far from home. Its in the Country Village. This store offers a multitude of designer labels at a decent price. I often find clothing to upgrade my current look for spring or summer. Have fun shopping and service is excellent there.
