Nancy Godines – Keller Williams

One of my best friends recommended I call Nancy to get a market analysis done on my home. I was going through a divorce at the time and needed to have this information. Nancy knew the situation ahead of time and was gracious to meet with me at my home. She did a great job in comparing other homes that sold in my area, and sent me a very professional analysis. I really appreciated her taking her time to do that for me. She realized that I was not in the market to sell at that time.
I have no doubt that she would give it her all to help sell your home or to help find you one. She has a lot of insight into what tweaks should be done in order to get the best market value and also what homes are available. It is so much more than a job to her.
If I know of anyone who needs a real estate agent she will be the only one I will recommend. And also if in the future I decide to sell my home, I will use Nancy, I trust her completely.
