Pacific Medical Center – Canyon Park

I really enjoy going to this clinic. There is a lot of parking, the pharmacy is super quick and helpful, and the doctors and staff are great! I highly recommend Dr. Leu (dermatology) but I would honestly see any of the docs here without hesitation.

I usually go to the Lynnwood office, but I’ve been coming here for physical therapy for the last couple of weeks.
Occupying the third floor, this locale is compact and efficient. The physical therapy office is clean and very well organized, there’s a ton of equipment available, but it does not feel crowded at all.
All of the staff that I’v encountered have been extremely professional and friendly. I am so glad that I switched over to PacMed.

I’ve been a patient at Pac Med for years. While I’ve always appreciated the speed with which they see you, it amounts to medical care that is like a «drive through» medical care. For one appointment, I was charged $ 365 and treated very rudely by billing. Rather than address what I’m positive is an overcharge, I was sent to collections. I’m happy to pay for care when it makes sense but as with some reviewers below, I find their billing systems to be shady. My primary care physician is caring but over-​scheduled, and specialists seem annoyed. I will be seeking more personal medical care moving forward.

Great service! Made a appointment to be seen today had no problems. Receptionist where quick to check me in and assigned me a room right away. Didn’t have to wait long to be seen by the doctor!

This is a quick update to our last go round. I was totally surprised to get a call from Pac Med Canyon Park to fit my son for a new appointment. They squeezed us in in the AM (unfortunately before the elevators were turned on so don’t schedule anything before 8:30 or 9 cuz you can’t get upstairs)…but we got in. Dr. Lamperti was thorough and took his time and all came out great. I’m so relieved since we have been customers for over 10 or 15 years at the Lynnwood center. Thanks for restoring the faith!!!

This review is not about the doctors at PacMed, but of the call center. If you call to make an appointment, be prepared to wait on hold for a LONG TIME. Then, when a human finally answers you will get someone difficult to understand…
The appointment setters are rude and curt. They are completely unaware that people call to see a doctor because they are SICK or INJURED. The call center workers are severely lacking basic customer service skills. My family has been seeing PacMed providers for 20+ years. The unprofessionalism of the call center has us seeking care elsewhere.

After too many phone calls and escalations, they have graciously offered to take 30% off on highly inflated rate. I have paid $ 6.50 on previous bill which they refused to take off. I have seen pawn brokers, loan sharks and other mafias but not a medical center dealing this way with patients hard earned money. They know how to make people pay not how to treat patients. It is time Washington state tighten their grip on health care and medical systems.

Excellent service everytime! I love the facility and all staff who work here. This location is extremely close to my home and I am always in and out in less than 30 mins. There is rarely a wait. I can tell the providers care about their patients and strive to provide the best care possible. I will keep coming here for as long as I live in the state.

I am changing my review from a one star to a two star since I was able to work with the customer service center of my health insurance provider, as well as PacMed, to address my concerns. I also appreciate that PacMed reached out to me about my review to further understand my experience. Overall, I am really thankful that everything has been worked out, especially before it went to collections :)

I agree with a previous reviewer who said that PacMed has shady billing practices. At the end of last year I scheduled an appointment to see a dermatologist for some acne issues. I showed up to my appointment early and was sent to a room to wait, then moved to another room due to a mix-​up on their part, where I waited 30 – 40 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. When a doctor finally came in, I was told that Dr. Shah, who I was scheduled to see, did not show up that morning and that they did not know where she was. The new doctor proceeded to tell me that she was not even a dermatologist but a general practitioner and started to ask me about my skin issues. In the end, she gave me no helpful information, prescribed me ten days worth of doxycycline since I mentioned I knew someone who had used it for their acne issues, and then sent me on my way. The appointment lasted all of 10 minutes.
About a week later PacMed called me asking if I would like to schedule another appointment, so I did. When I got the bill later I saw that I was billed $ 150 for each visit. I went to PacMed to dispute the first charge since I didn’t even get to see a dermatologist, but since the billing office was closed for the day, I talked to someone at the front desk. She took a look at my original appointment and was confused since Dr. Shah is not even a dermatologist. This was a shock to me since when I scheduled the original appointment I specifically asked for a dermatologist! Then, when Dr. Shah never showed up, they still knew I was there to see a dermatologist but they never even bothered to tell me that they made a mistake and that Dr. Shah wasn’t even a dermatologist to begin with!!! The lady at the front desk seemed genuinely concerned and confused and said that she would talk to the billing office and have them call me the next day, but they never did.
I am going to bring this to my insurance because PacMed has thus far been dishonest and unhelpful. I will never go back, despite the fact that I actually did really like Dr. Leu, the dermatologist who I had my second appointment with. This is a terrible place.

I love that it is a one stop shop.
I did make a run to Urgent Care today and they got my Rx last minute. It was hectic and I appreciate them.

The PacMed clinic in Canyon Park (Bothell) is fantastic. Lots of parking, easy access, and clean professional building. The front office staff are very helpful and always pleasant. Dr. Weiserman is amazing and getting an appointment is never a problem. I highly recommend PacMed and all of the staff at Canyon Park have been fantastic.

So far not very impressed with the services overall. My PCP appears to be bothered to see me. Maybe she is seeing too many patients or just overall not too much into her job anymore.
The Urologist Dr. Han appears more vested in my well being. He asks the right questions and is friendly in nature.
The front desk is mediocre at best. Looks like the folks working there do not have access to a break room. Why else would 5 out of 6 people just stand around and chat? There is no friendly greeting. Again the employees appear to be bothered by the fact that you show up in the search of services.
They give out bracelets for patients to wear. There is no obvious use for them other than to have to go back once you realize you walked out of their office with the bracelet still on. What is this bracelet good for if the doctor or nurse never check it?
PacMed management should send in secret patients to evaluate performance.
Or send supervisors to train with the best in the business, Sharp Rees-​Stealy would come to mind.

I came here yesterday for an appt with diagnostics. I have never been to this building and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get there. The parking is great. The front lobby was a little confusing because there is a big structure as soon as you walk in. Once you walk around it, you will find the elevators, and the office i needed was on the 3^rd floor. Once there, there is a huge lobby with at least 5 receptionists to check you in. I waited my turn and they called to check me in. I told the gal my name, appt time and that I had never been there before. She asked me if i was a new patient and if I had been there before.
Um. no.
They give you a patient tracker and told me the next waiting area that I needed to go to. I found that and was helped immediately. The gal in diagnostics was really helpful and explained the procedures and what would happen next.
I arrived at Pac Med at 2:02 and left the office at 2:19.
My appt was at 2:20.
I would say Pac Med Canyon Park is pretty awesome.

So far so good, only had one visit and am very impressed.
First off, I wouldn’t consider this a «Family Doctor.» If you prefer having personal conversations about your family and friends with a Doctor you’ve known for many years this isn’t the place.
That being said, everyone I encountered was very professional, while maintaining an appropriate client to employee relationship. Some of the employees you can tell do not enjoy their jobs, but none of that was projected onto me.
The entire office looks brand new and runs like an upscale and more welcoming U.S. Health Works, however they are way faster and more efficient. They have «In and Out» style clinic down to a science.
I had a 8:00 appointment with Dr. Ton and was feeling as good as new and out the door at 8:30. Dr. Ton was very professional and caring. He didn’t condescend me when I asked questions that people with little or no medical experience wouldn’t understand. I could tell he really cared about the work he was doing, and valued my opinion of the service I was receiving.
I have a follow up appointment soon. Hopefully I will not be reviewing this place again!

Completely wasted my time and money going here. I came because I was interested in seeing Dr Ton, who advertises himself as an osteopath. Instead what I got was a really disappointing experience. Right from the start when I explained my concerns he told me that he didn’t have time to address them, so I would need to make another appointment. My concerns weren’t that many and all related. Not to mention I had child care to be seen, which was a waste since he didn’t listen at all. I felt he barely listened to my concerns and past issues. Then when he said he would send for blood tests I requested him to please check my vitamin D levels. An important test when you live in a rainy climate and I had been low in the past. Since they were already doing blood it seemed like a simple request. But he told me that he didn’t think he could order that test for my complaint (one of which was low energy, so it should have been no issue…) and blew off my request. I felt he didn’t not care AT ALL and barely cared about treating me. After a $ 110 bill for blood tests that he randomly chose to qualify and no basic blood panel incl D testing… I went to another doctor at another office who WAS able to find issues related to my complaints after doing a more in depth blood panel. AND listening to me, the patients, concerns. He’s a disservice to his patients, this facility, and the community if that is how he treats his patients. And why take the time to become an osteopath if you don’t care to follow that type of practice.
But hey… I gave it two stars because Dr Ivanjack helped me when I had a sinus infection.
Find a better facility, even if you have to drive farther. You’ll get better treatment in the long run.

I absolutely love coming to this location. You walk in and stand in line (if there even is one) for barely a minute before someone is helping you. You get all checked in and they hand you a bracelet that has a tag with a button on it… and here’s the kicker, they assign you a room right then! I think I’ve only waited at most 5 minutes for the nurse to come in. She does her usual taking temperature, blood pressure etc. Then another short wait for the Dr. I actually see a Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Otter and I absolutely love her. For YEARS I’ve been dealing with fatigue and kept getting my thyroid tested, but because my levels were always borderline, no one did anything. Once my levels were clearly elevated and the Dr’s STILL wouldn’t do anything. Dr Otter decided to go ahead and start me on thyroid meds after we went through the usual, do you exercise, get sunshine and vitamin D routine.
Other Pac Med locations you can expect your visit to take an hour, here it’s guaranteed to be the alotted 30 minutes or less and I love it.

I hate this medical center. The doctors are totally not interested in treating patients, they just behave casually. I am really unsatisfied with this provider. They usually send wrong bills. This is the nearest hospital to my home and sometimes I have to go there but every time I am like WTF.

I’ve been visiting the Sports Medicine folks at Pac Med Canyon Park for a few months now to get a bum shoulder straightened out.
The staff there is professional and polite. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments, and even my MRI (which involved being stuffed into a tiny, noisy tube and left there for 25 minutes) was as pleasant as it could have been thanks to their friendly imaging techs.
Dr. Maeda is awesome. He’s straightforward and can explain all sorts of fancy anatomy stuff — supraspinatus muscles and acromioclavicular ligaments — so even us regular guys know what’s going on.
There are so many things that can make a trip to the doctor dreadful, but frankly, I haven’t run into any of them here.

My Doctor, here is Dr. Rhoades, and she’s just the bestest. She was my Doc. at the Northgate Branch now she’s here. I, have ONLY been using PacMed, for ONLY 6 months but I, love it. They have everything right there in their clinic and even at pharmacy so you don’t have to worry about anything.
