History

Established in 1999.

Our President, Molly Phillips, founded Phillips Insurance after years of experience in the insurance industry. Molly wanted to serve the people in her community as a resource and helper in their times of need. In 2004, she expanded the business to include daughter Emily Wortman, and in 2008 she hired another certified agent, Carlene Dryden. Both Carlene and Emily are UW grads and expert agents. Molly continues to work as a producer while overseeing the company as a whole.

Business Owner

Molly, a northwest native, has lived in Bothell since 1986. She is the founder of Phillips Insurance. Her career in the insurance industry began in 1994. Molly graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1974 and worked as a professional chef for 10 years. She is very active in her church community. Molly spends her free time boating with her husband and working in her garden.
