I was so pleased working with Andrew & the Austin team. He was actually referred to my client who was buying her dream home & near the end of our financing contingency when the bigger bank she was using declined her. He worked very quickly & communicated with everyone essentially saving the deal!

Jay was great to work with, especially with us being first time buyers and not knowing what entire process entailed — he was great with explaining the documents and next steps. He was always on top of things and made sure all of the documents were in order. He also attended our final document signing to answer any questions we had.
