Wow just wow !! This has to be the highlight of my holiday this year… We booked our cycle trip through via tours whilst in the UK and not really knowing what we were letting ourselves in for. We were picked up at 8am outside our hotel by the wonderful Matt and taken to Boulder City to collect the bikes. Safety was paramount and Matt went over everything. Steady little climb till we met the path which we took down to the old railway track. Matt took us off on a couple little diversions to show us some different bits on route and he was full of information on the local area and surroundings. Lovely downhill route and had loads fun along the way down the flood drains … Matt was happy to stop and let us take photos along the way and carried loads water for us. Just as well as this was an extremely hot day in May… Made our way to the Damm parked the bikes and stopped for lunch. Perfectly made sandwiches were provided. Matt then took us up on the big Arched bridge and told us loads information about this and then we walked down to the Damm. Mind blowing experience and can’t fault any part of it. All I would recommend was that you plaster yourself in sunscreen, we did this before we left and again on route. Thank you Matt for helping us make some wonderful memories from Sally-​Ann and Jane. (45 & 47) year olds.

They really know their stuff. I’m just getting into mountain biking and riding the trails at bootleg canyon. They really made me feel comfortable asking any questions and gave me great advise. The gear they have here is top notch. This place is run by riders and they keep it real. I wouldn’t buy anything for MTB in Vegas, this is the best spot.
They were also super knowledgable with the trails in bootleg. They guided us around the canyon very well. Love this place.

The shop gets five stars, for always having what I need or being able to get it quickly when we come to ride in Bootleg Canyon. The guys are friendly, knowledgable, and reasonable. Demos are always current top of the line models (so are the helmets and pads if you forgot them). Riding with the shop is the BEST way to get to know Bootleg Canyon safely. They do a Lake Mead bike tour for those less gnar inclined. Shuttle service has a great price, but NEEDS A NEW DRIVER. Craig is terrible! We hired the shop to run shuttle for a race and had several complaints of his scary driving and bad mouthing of our event and posing as «king of the canyon» etc. Other drivers have been nothing less than excellent!

We came out to Boulder City to go bike riding. This place is right off the main road, close to the River Mountain loop trail and it is easy to rent your bike and be on your way — we were able to get to the trail straight from the shop — perfect place!

Would not recommend this place. Very unprofessional and rude. The bikes were decent so that is why I am giving it three stars.

The best — bike — shop — EVER! It’s worth the drive, trust me! They do great work, on time, and they actually care about riders! We’ve been buying from them for over 10 years and no plans to change that anytime soon.

The mechanics here are excellent, the salesmen are ridiculous.
I’ve been in several times for obscure parts or for service I’m unable to tackle myself. The guys in the back have always had what I need, at a reasonable price and I trust them to work on my bike.
The salesmen are straight off the used car lot. They’ll tell you everything on your bike is obsolete. Piece by piece, you will hear how all your components need replacement and then finally, «you know what Bro, forget about the whole bike, we can set you up with something sick for $ 3000.» Hahahaha.
The mechanics can solve your problems but prepare to be harassed by the salesBros.

We met Mike Fucci who spent quite awhile with us. He was really knowledgeable and provided us with a map of the area up in Bootleg Canyon. The shop was really well equipped and we purchased wider bars and shorter stems which they installed while we went for a late breakfast at Coffee Cup
I highly recommend stopping in to see these guys. They were recommended to us and we were very pleased.

How hard is it to acknowledge a customer when they come in, or after they have been standing in one place for 5 minutes? At least they didn’t have the 26″ wheels I needed in stock, so now I can go online and feel good about saving a couple hundred dollars.

A lot of great products and knowledge at this place. Would definitely go back for my mountain biking needs of I ever find myself in the Vegas area.

If you need service or repairs, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This used to be a good shop with great service, but now that they’ve become successful, they apparently can’t be bothered to provide customer service anymore. If you want to spend thousands of dollars on an overpriced downhill bike, this is the place for you. Otherwise, all you get is attitude. Skip this shop.

Stopped by to check out their shop after hearing great things about it. They were better priced than other shops I have been to and definitely go the extra mile to get your business. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. It is an out of the way location for most people, but if you are riding at Bootleg Canyon, they are in the best spot. When I do buy a mountain bike, it will be from the guys at All Mountain Cyclery

Excellent service. Our son was racing at Bootleg Canyon and was already in town with another family. During practice he was blowing through a ton of tubes and wanted to go tubeless. My husband and i drove in on the night before the race and got to the store 15 minutes before they closed. They offered to stay open for us so we could collect our son and his wheels and they would hook him up. They gave him some great advice on the type of tires he should consider and then put them on for him. He also needed some new gloves and they had the Troy Lee XL size he wears. I wanted some shoes and they helped me out there too. Jimmy and Travis (? sorry, can’t remember his name but remember it started with a T) were the ones who helped us. And even better, our son won his race!

Very nice people, Nice shop, had around $ 200 worth of maintenance done on my DH and the bars weren’t put on straight. Quite expensive but they ensure quality.

Good attention to customer and great location if you’re riding Bootleg Canyon. Unfortunately the bike I rented had a problem with the rear der and I always had ghost shifts and could never put the chain on the granny. Also the CB pedals were in bad condition, my left foot slipped out several times. I understand MTB bikes for rental are used and abused, but for the price I pay the very least I expect is a 100% functional bike, not a «sorry» or a «better bring your own pedals». They need to improve their rental bikes. No excuses.

Great shop to rent and ride some fantastic trails. Bikes are perfectly suited for the terrain and the super friendly staff will adjust the bike just how you like it. I’ve rented here twice with my wife and can’t think of one negative. If you are wanting to rent and ride just do it hear and you won’t regret it.

We had an awesome time biking down to Lake Mead thanks to the guys at All Mountain. Super cool, laid back, the guys hooked our group up! We were a group of 6 and all had a blast!!! Love this place!

Buyer beware! They love charge you for ridiculous things like «paint damage» on a downhill bike. Read the contracts carefully.

Couldn’t be happier with my rental and ride in Bootleg Canyon.
Staff was very helpful in making sure I received what I was looking for. Knowledgeable, personable and helpful are words that come to mind about the staff.
They have different types of rentals, and I was pleased to have a 2013 Stumpjumper, full-​suspension 29’er with a dropper post! They put my pedals on, made sure seat height was set and it made for a great day on the trails.
By the way, the trails in Bootleg Canyon are awesome!

Great business run by knowledgeable staff. I went with a friend to ride Bootleg Canyon trails. I rented a Specialized Stumpjumper FSR ($ 3000 bike) for $ 55 for a half day. The riding was incredible with great terrain and a variety of options. They run a shuttle for $ 5/​ride to the top of the canyon which is well worth it. Not sure if we got lucky with the bike, but it seemed that all their rentals were high end.
If you’re riding the canyon make sure to bring a pump and a few spare tubes as its easy to flat back there.
Don’t bother buying a trail map for $ 5. It’s not worth it and something they should include for free with a rental.
