I gave him my taxes that were basically done. I asked him to create a separate return instead of a joint return [that was already prepared but not filed]. All necessary papers and figures were handed to him. FOR MONTHS we left messages, even spoke to Jay and asked what the status was on the return. He had NO IDEA! Today is 9/9/15…many months late from the tax day. I called and told the receptionist I was just going to come in to pick up my taxes since they cannot seem to return calls or complete a return. She asks if she can place me on hold, I say why… she says to make sure she knows where they are. Appalled I said sure. Jay actually picks up the phone and asks me «you have not filed these yet?» Are you kidding…
Then says well in that case I can have them done tomorrow. I said NO WAY! I want to pick them up do not touch them.
What a joke! After all this time now he wants to do them??? Why did he think he had them in the first place? If there was a question he certainly could have called or returned some messages.
TERRIBLE DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!
