Allard’s Septic Service

I have never had anyone but Allard’s come out to pump my septic tank. After listening to some of the problems my friends have had with other services, I appreciate them even more.
Mrs. Allard, who makes the appointments, is always more than pleasant — a joy to talk to.
They work with your schedule to make the appointments and are always on time. No waiting for hours.
Mr. Allard does a thorough inspection and explains everything. He thought I might have had an obstruction in the pipe. Instead of taking it apart to check, he had me flush the toilet and found out there was no obstruction, saving me a ton of money. Who does that these days?
Do yourself a favor and call Allard’s the next time you have any concerns about your septic system.

Had Allard’s out and they did a great job. The service was quick and he provided advise on my system. They originally came out a few weeks prior but couldn’t get to my tank due to a low deck and told me to reschedule once they could get access which was reasonable. I’ll use Allard’s next time the old tank needs pumping.

Had Allard’s come and clean the septic tank…1^st of all Ron the owner is rude, disrespectful.
Tank filled up they came and pumped it… fine. Well 3 week go by and a 1500 gallon tank you tell me is full…25 years experience… DOING WHAT?
He did not want to talk about the job, on how we could meet in the middle…
He did not drain or snake the line… and wants more money to fix the problem he did not fix in the first place
He insulted my wife and myself. He is supposedly a «well known «guy in this valley.
Well i just want my tank pumped.

I had Ron come out and help us with our Septic some time ago. Not only was he very efficient in getting the work done, the price was very reasonable.
On another occasion, we were in an emergency situation where our water Pump was causing some problem and we had to clean up our sewer tank immediately. Ron and Lisa not only were willing to come out rather quickly despite their prior engagement given the critical nature of our situation.
I highly recommend Allard’s.

Very good service. I was able to get a Saturday appointment in one day (got lucky) and was very please with the knowledge and quick clean on time service I received. They found the tank quickly and had the job done in a hour. I do recommend them for your septic pumping needs.

This is the guy to call when you need a pump or inspection. He knows what he is doing. I have had him come twice to my house to pump my old wood tank. The first time it needed some repairs and he helped me get the right wood from San Lorenzo lumber and this last time was just a regular pump. He is priced fairly too!

I was having problems with my drain line and was told that I needed my septic tank pumped in order to handle the problem. Ron and his helper came out to my house, helped me locate the lid of my septic tank, and discovered that I really didn’t need my septic tank pumped. What I needed was a plumber to come out and snake the waste line. Ron then called a local guy and arranged for him to come out that same day so my line could be snaked — and they were not going to charge me anything for the service!!! Talk about ethical!
I ended up giving the guy who helped dig/​locate my septic lid $ 20 to show my appreciation. These guys are great![

Ron does a great job. He came out on a Saturday to pump my tank. I have found him to be very honest, unlike another company. His wife, Lisa, is very patient on the phone, and handled all my questions knowledgeably and nicely.
I would definitely recommend him, and will use him again.

I have a business in Boulder Creek and Allard’s has been pumping our septic tank and doing repairs for the past 25 – 30 years. If it doesn’t need pumping, he will say so and not charge you. Several times we called him out and the problem was somthing else, no charge.
This guy is as honest as it gets.

hired him to inspect our tank. charged us $ 60 and hour to uncover the tank, work that took maybe 10 minutes (I had uncovered it previously). did not drain it and told us it needed to be replaced (we knew that) charged us for pumping it and then when the tank was to be removed, charged us again to pump it when he actually did it. ripoff artist.
