Established in 2008.

After many years working in this business, I started my own dealership. I noticed that these quality, and very affordable homes should be part of the housing market, but few if any dealerships wanted to enter a long sales process, vs a simpler and faster mobilehome park sale. I myself live in one of my homes, this truly is an opportunity for affordable home ownership.

Nearly 40 years involved in commercial photography, I was looking to slow down and try something else. I started by buying a modular home which I placed on a piece of property I owned. At the urging of the business owner I bought my home from, I joined his business as sales rep. I ended up learning the essential business, but I became experienced at property issues. This evolved into my own business starting 2008 specializing in modular homes on land.
