It took an hour to find my parts and put then into the machine, and then the guy refused to give me a discount. Plus prices weren’t great. He was the accountant, apparently, so he didn’t know the system; other employees didn’t show up for the day; but for me that’s an hour wasted.
But the place is pretty organized otherwise and these nerds knew their stuff and were somewhat friendly about it. Only a little haughty.

So I take my computer to 303 Computers 7 days ago. Works fine, but the corner of the hardware is coming apart and a screw fell out. Called 3 different days with no answer about it. Finally today I call and they say «the part we need to replace is about $ 135 and after service charges will come to about $ 250.»
It’s a $ 500 laptop.
So I’m like «no fuck that I’ll superglue it together for $ 5, give me my computer back.»
«Certainly. We had it looked at for a week so it’ll be a $ 50 service fee.»
WTF. So I got back my computer after a week in the exact same condition and it only cost me $ 50 and some lonely nights.
