As a small local painting & interior design business, we have been providing the Boulder/​Denver area with Residential & Commercial Custom Painting, Refinishing, and Design since 2003. History

Established in 2003.

This Boulder/​Denver Painting Company started in 2003 as a sole-​proprietorship and has not strayed very far from it’s roots. The owner left her teaching career and began painting, as an intern herself. Under the strict guidance of a local general contractor, she worked her way up from prep work to being the main painting foreman.

Having dabbled a little in construction and carpentry at the time, she knew her specialty and knack was attention to fine detail and artistry. As a result, she set to work learning and mastering the art of fine painting, and two years later, A Splash of Color Painting was born.

In a concerted effort to provide her Boulder clients with only the best painting, she strives to hire other sub-​contractors with the same sense of loyalty and integrity. This owner is always on the site and works along-​side her subs, making sure to over-​see their progress and attention to detail.
