Overall ok stay until the last day where I had a bag sitting in my room with things I bought for friends bag home. After room service cleaned our room my bag with the things that I bought were gone. Not saying for a fact that they threw it away but that’s our only guess. This has left a dirty taste in my mouth for my stay. They also need new sinks that aren’t so close to the back of the sink. Front desk employees very very very nice and helpful they are the only reason that I gave two stars. Gym was also very nice.

4 stars mainly for the location and having our room ready for our 1am arrival, with sofabed made up for the kids. Located in a shopping mall strip, which was unexpected, but convenient to all, otherwise typical Marriott.

We stayed here for one evening because we had to be in Boulder for a special event. I can’t say enough about the friendly staff. We arrived early and were able to check in immediately. We needed late check out and they were able to accommodate this. They mentioned the lobby has been remodeled and it was beautiful. Stylish and comfortable and I had the opportunity to enjoy a drink at the bar. The room was clean and nice. Super comfortable bed and pillows too.

The staff here have been amazing. They have been so friendly and professional. They have stepped up to make our stay fantastic. One of the best Marriott Hotels our family has stayed at. Very close to CU. A beautiful 3 mile trail nearby, Boulder Creek Trail, if you like to bike or run.

Visited October 26 – 28, 2015. It was a decent hotel. Nothing to write home about. Bed was comfortable and room and bathroom was clean. Cons: the Starbucks was part of the hotel bar and it wasn’t an actual Starbucks. Apparently there was no complimentary breakfast. A fellow traveler was told it would be $ 10 for the buffet so she went down for her meal. When she added bacon and an extra egg, they charged her an extra $ 10. She had already made her plate and couldn’t scrape it off. This seemed pretty deceptive but I usually don’t eat breakfast at a hotel so it didn’t effect me. I was a bit put out with the hotel for failing to include that pertinent information, however. What a rip off! All in all, I would stay here again.

I checked in late and the front desk employee was very friendly but also professional. The room was OK with a bed that looked super comfortable but proved to be only average for a Marriott. My room view was a parking lot/​street but i was just crashing for the night so that wasn’t a big deal.
Parking was easy but I always have a heartache paying for parking anywhere outside of a downtown area.
I ate breakfast at the bar and it was the best hotel breakfast of 2015 for me! My waitress was a sweet lady who was very helpful and fun.
The location is very convenient — you don’t need a car to get around in the evening.

This is a Marriott, so it’s a given that the hotel is going to be nice. But what sets this one apart, is the staff.
I was in town for business, and was very unhappy with the accommodations that were set for me at another hotel. I called the Marriott and spoke with the front office manager, Tayler Meador, who was absolutely delightful to deal with.
Ms. Meador went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. The rest of the staff that I dealt with were also very pleasant which is probably a direct result of the examples set by their management.

Stayed here on Halloween night with some friends. It’s a convenient location to be close to pearl street. Hotel seemed nice, but nothing out of the ordinary. The staff seemed distant when we were hanging out on the first floor.
I did put in a service request on the Marriott app (I asked for additional pillows) and it was never fulfilled. I put in the request when I checked in on my phone. That was disappointing to see that there is a lack of communication between the smart phone app and the hotel team responsible for these requests.

What a great place to stay when you want to enjoy the best of Boulder! Justin at the front desk was outstanding. He was such a great guy to talk to and made our stay extremely pleasant! We even got some great suggestions from him on where to go! The rooms were huge and very clean!

One employee was caught by the security logs stealing money from my room. Hotel management did nothing to help and I have not been able to get reimbursed for the burglary. Hotel management was really obnoxious, and — knowing I live on the East Coast which makes it difficult for me to file a local lawsuit — has given me the silence treatment. I have contacted the local police.

Most outdated room I have ever been in for a Marriott. Not happy about the furnishing, extremely low quality and old. Stains on the shower curtain. No mattress cover on bed and also found hairs in my sheets. What the hell. Don’t waste your money, find a nicer hotel!

In most cases Boulder is a day trip for me although on my latest trip we were celebrating someone’s birthday and we wanted to spend the night up in Boulder.
It was nice to see that this Marriott is undergoing a face lift with quite a bit of construction being completed daily. I didn’t hear any noise related to the construction during our stay, nice and quiet the whole evening.
Everyone I encountered was pleasant and answered any questions I had. The room was perfect for what we needed, clean, king bed, free Wi-​Fi, TV, etc. The view was a little lackluster since it was of the adjoining parking lot. I found the parking situation curious. It’s centrally located in Boulder and is very convenient for quick stays or for a traveling family. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice touch, nothing spectacular but it was fresh and filling and gave me fuel for the day.
I would gladly stay here again if the occasion arose again.

The Marriott in Boulder lived up to a solid 3 – 4 star review. Clean and comfortable. Small indoor pool with jacuzzi was nice. The bar rotates three local beers ($ 5) on tap an several others in bottles. Central location very nice.

This is a fairly basic Marriott. Clean enough, decent staff (though room service leaves a little to be desired), and pretty good location. I was there visiting the CU campus and it’s a great location for that. Also it’s right across the street from «The Buff» which I’m told is the top Boulder brunch spot and after eating there I can see why.

This hotel is sooooooo old, ugly and small.
The suite is not actually a suite but a little bigger room. (Been stayed at room 422 and 522 most of the times)
Thermostat is Honeywell from the 70’s…and air conditioning makes a lot of noise… I bet motel 6 doesn’t even use them anymore.
Tiny refrigerator was all beat up and missing a leg so I had to put something that it won’t wobble.
They know this is the main big hotel in a nice small town, so they could over charge us, in the mean time don’t have to maintain it so well.

Considering they charge twice more than the best western boulder (which is recently remodeled and neat). I am very disappointed in this Marriott.
Only gives 2 stars cause the staff were still very nice and friendly and at least they changed the lobby to look much better.
Oh, btw don’t go their SPA either, the facial was so simple and nothing and the deep tissue massage was so crappy that I could tell the masseuse was not pay attention on her job at all. And of course, it’s overpriced.

I wasn’t wow’d and I wasn’t disappointed.
Good parts were free internet, free printing for boarding passes in the lobby, clean coffee makers, and clean room.
The minuses were towels I re-​hung were taken and washed unnecessarily.
The pluses:
*powerful water pressure in shower
*the view (facing mountains on 4th floor)
*yummy free cookie
*the coffee maker in the room didn’t make tea taste like coffee
*windows opened
*free Internet
The minuses:
*towels that were hung up in order to be reused were in fact taken and replaced
*standard hotel blow dryer from mid-​80s
*parking not free
*our check-​out via TV instructions included a button that didn’t exist on our remote
The neutral:
*spotted a toilet on a dolly in the parking garage which was kind of funny so I’ll split the difference
Boulder is not exactly overrun with hotel options, and the B&B we’d considered was going to be a little pricey considering the room options. So the Marriott turned out to be a good option and suited us well. Comfortable and no major issues.
