The Cain Travel website is painfully slow and not very user friendly when you need to modify your search. Quite often I have noticed cheaper rates posted on the airline websites themselves versus what is posted as available on the Cain Travel booking site. I’ve contacted CT about this a few times and they quickly contacted their IT department but it’s pretty inconvenient to have to keep comparing. Additionally, our account rep is although quick to respond, does not have the friendliest attitude (or fully pays attention to what is being said in the email.) I’m guessing there’s better companies out there that serve the same purpose and have friendlier customer service and a smoother working website.
