Michele Evans of their commercial products group worked very closely with me to solve the mystery of an undelivered range hood; she found the problem and fixed it. Once the hood arrived and was installed, it was discovered the model was not in Boulder code (too powerful), Tried to find a way to adjust the speed, but the manufacturer was unable to do so.
Michele worked with her management to get a replacement that complied with code and was successfully installed, Best part — she was available and kept the problem resolution process going until it was fixed. She did a great job
