These guys are great! Saul was just here cleaning out ducts and worked extra hard to try to figure out an issue we have with rodents. He put in extra time hand-​scrubbing at a really bad spot in one of our ducts and even more time troubleshooting with me on the best way to solve our problem (all at no additional charge). Overall, a great guy and a great company. Very professional, knowledgable and super nice! You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job and helping to solve a problem. Would definitely recommend them in a heartbeat and will hire them again in the future.

Awesome, incredibly professional, extremely nice. I couldn’t be happier with their service. Saul is fantastic and very knowledgeable. I had no idea where our ducts ran or how this stuff works. He came over virtually right away, figured out what was needed (and what wasn’t!) very fast, explained it all to me (very patiently and thoroughly, I had a ton of questions), and even helped fix my leaky washer that hadn’t been hooked up correctly before. Couldn’t be more happy with these guys — awesome.

I just had the guys over to clean my vents, which have not been done for many many years. The service guys were on time, great, polite, fast, thorough and were able to answer my questions and show me what a mess existed in my supply and returns. We encountered a little hiccup but Saul took care of making sure everything was good by the time they left. I would definitely recommend them, they will do you well. The rest of the reviews point to their commitment to a job well done.

I chose Flatirons Duct Cleaning because of the amazing reviews and they did not disappoint. Bryn and Jesus arrived on time and were everything that the reviews said they would be. .. knowledgeable, skilled, honest, and hard working. They showed up on time, did a thorough job of cleaning all of my furnace vents, and even went so far as to tell me that I really didn’t need to have my dryer vent cleaned, saving me the cost of unnecessary labor. I whole-​hardheartedly recommend Flatirons Duct Cleaning.

I have to concur with all of the accolades here. Jesse and coworker arrived on time and got right to work and finished in a timely manner. They were polite and professional and answered all of my questions. I had a lot of ducts to clean, plus a dryer vent. Jesse showed me pictures of some of the debris. I’ve never had this service done before and feel better knowing the ducts are clean & my house is safer now. Thanks guys!

Jesse and his partner came to clean our ducts. They arrived early and were very professional. Jesse took pictures in our ducts and answered lots of the questions I had and was so helpful in explaining everything. He showed me the pictures and we actually didn’t need to have the cleaning done. I felt so bad after they came all the way out to clean our ducts, but they were so honest and didn’t want to clean them when they showed me they weren’t dirty. You really can’t find a more honest company and I feel really happy to know there’s a company out there that’s not just trying to take your money. I did a lot of research before calling them and read that a lot of duct cleaners just take your money and you don’t even know what they’re doing or what you pay for. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors and friends because I can trust that they will do a good job and not rip you off!

Jesse from Flatirons Duct Cleaning just came by to clean out our ducts, and he was wonderful to work with: professional, friendly, educational — and fast!
He knew his stuff — we had to search for where the dryer vent exits the house, and he was really patient as we circled and climbed, and circled some more (in 90+ degree weather) to find it — turns out it was hidden behind the air conditioning unit outside.
He even brought me outside to see how much he pulled out of the vent — was great to see how important it is for us to clean our ducts.
$ 100 for the duct cleaning and they take credit and checks.

Great guys, very professional. They arrived right on time and went right to work. I especially liked the before and after pictures. I had them do the dryer vent while they were there and it was amazing how much lint they pulled out.
The charges were very clear, and the email receipt was a nice touch.

I had Flatirons Duct Cleaning come clean my HVAC duct work and dryer vent. They were friendly, professional and very attentive to detail. They explained everything they were doing, showed us some before and after photos, and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. The dryer wasn’t drying and the appliance guy said to clean out the ducts. I called FDC, got hold of someone right away and they came out the next day. Nice guys, cheerful people and undaunted by what came out the the duct. I’ll use them again (hopefully won’t have to for a while…)

Saul came to my house only to discover that I don’t actually HAVE a dryer duct. He not only refused to charge me even for the house call, he arranged with a handyman to chat with me about installing one, which I did. Saul and his company are honorable, trustworthy and have the great character we would love to see in all companies!

I can’t imagine better service than Saul provided us from Flatirons Duct Cleaning. He’s thorough, efficient, courteous, and professional. Our job was a bit more complex than it first appeared as it came on the heels of a remodel job, and the other trades caused all kinds of problems with the HVAC system. Saul cleaned half of the system, and let us know about many of the issues. We had them repaired, and he came back and finished up. Both times he arrived right when he said he would, did an excellent job, and left without a trace of the equipment he had to pull through the house. Exactly what we wanted, and then some. And the price was very reasonable.

I highly recommend Flatirons Duct Cleaning. First, they showed up at the exact time promised. The owner clearly takes a lot of personal pride in his work. The job took longer than he estimated due to unforseen complications at my house but he still honored the estimate. He went out of his way to inform me of what he found and problems with the heating system that went beyond the ducts, and did what he could to help remedy them. It was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to hire them again.
