I worked with Michael Smeenk for estate planning and was really impressed. He knows his business well, is enthusiastic, and cares about his clients — not to mention, I was pleasantly surprised how fair and ethical the billing was. In the past I have worked with attorneys only to be disappointed with inflated costs and sub-​par service.

John Goodman assisted a client of mine as they worked through a complicated real estate transaction. Everyone was working on executing a contract that didn’t follow the regular guidelines. The Buyers, who I represented, were from outside of the United States. Their system of buying property is very different than ours, as well as the languages. John worked diligently on communicating with the Buyers as well as helping them find the best resolution for the issues.

Unethical and fairly limited knowledge with short sales and foreclosures. Very surprising considering the credentials of Oliver Frascona. I would avoid them.
