Don’t want to write a long essay here, but in short my experience at this store was horrible. Was not asked once for help, though i spent over an hour in the store. Their sale signs are very misleading, was trying to buy two items placed on a $ 3 rack, and one item on the $ 7 rack, with no fine print saying otherwise, went to the checkout and my total was $ 35, and their explanation was that I didn’t read the fine print, which i then went back to the rack where there was no fine print.
Overall terrible store, would not recommend you shopping here.

Your exterior doors were propped open on Sun evening at 6, we walked in with our 4 daughters to do back to school shopping, unaware of your hours. A very rude young lady who works there acted like we were trespassing and told us you were closed. My husband said «I’m sorry, your doors were open so we assumed you were open.» She informed us there were still «customers» there. Just thought I’d let you know we will be «customers» elsewhere. We have a lot of shopping to do with 4 daughters and would prefer to do it at one of the many different options in this area where we feel welcome and valued. Let your employee know she cost your store a lot of money by being so rude.

Everyone here is stuck up and you can’t get help to save your life! I spent $ 600 bucks in here today and couldn’t get one person to help me. I won’t be returning.

When I saw the sign for H&M pop-up in the 29^th street mall I was elated. Nothing makes me happier than snagging a set of fake pearl earrings or a set of hoops for just a couple of dollars.
The inventory offers a variety of choices for ladies, men, and children. From fun clubbing pieces, to funky leggings for working out, and some office appropriate to dressy attire H&M has it all.
There’s an ample dressing room (for both guys and gals) so maybe not the best place to try/show a swimsuit when you want your besties opinion.
The staff are friendly and check out is typically on the fast side.
There is always a men’s and ladies sale rack with some stellar deals on outerwear, shoes, and phone/hair accessories.
If you are looking for some fun funky reasonably priced pieces I definitely recommend dropping in. Also, be sure to check out that jewelry section!
