Vanessa L.
Manager
Vanessa has the restaurant business running in her blood! Her family has owned and operated restaurants in Colorado for three generations and she got her first gig in the industry when she was 13 years old. She has since served at every post — from dishwasher to line cook to director of operations — in her home state of CO as well as Miami, Austin, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, Hong Kong, Costa Rica, and Thailand. Next on her list of places to visit: Portugal, Spain, or Morocco!
