I had the pleasure of working with Jolene on a wedding this weekend in Muir Woods. Not only did she put together this wedding in a matter of weeks, she also planned it all from out of state! WHAT?! And it was fantastic. All of the details came together perfectly for a gorgeous venue set up and a seamless event. Her direction was clear, concise and supportive and my team really enjoyed working with a wedding planner who is organized and relaxed. I’m only disappointed that she lives in Denver and I live in SF making it harder to collaborate on a regular basis. She’s awesome!

Laurel & Rose truly made our wedding weekend beyond anything we could have imagined. Jolene and her wonderful team were supportive, honest and just a joy to work with throughout our 10 month engagement and throughout the BIG day. They did everything and more to make sure our weekend ran smoothly and that our guests were very well taken care of. Jolene thought of every last details and supported me and my fiancé along the way. Working with Jolene is fantastic! I’ve worked with her on a wedding recently (as the wedding cinematographer) that was spectacular! It was styled down to the tiniest detail and everything at both the rehearsal and wedding flowed seamlessly. In my world of film, it is such a treat when a wedding is filled with beautiful design elements to enhance the backdrop of those special moments on video — and in this area she certainly shines. Her design and attention to detail is superb! Additionally, from a vendor’s perspective, it is wonderful to work alongside a leader that is on-​point, personable, and equally fun to be around! So, from my own «behind-​the-​scenes» perspective, Jolene is a world-​class coordinator & designer!

Jolene is a brilliant planner and stylist. She has put together some stunning weddings and she is easy to work with. She has an amazing vision for design and a wonderful approach to weddings that can be difficult to find here in Colorado.
She’s incredibly gracious and kind and I’m looking forward to working with her for more weddings in 2015!

To say that Jolene Greenbaum Peterson of Laurel and Rose Events is a rock star would be an understatement! She is professional, poised, and incredibly knowledgeable, all while being a fantastic listener, enthusiastic and downright FUN. She recently helped plan an event for our family that turned out absolutely perfect! Actually, a million things could have gone wrong, which I am sure they did NOT, but I would have never known because Jolene had ever tiny detail covered, all the while seeming invisible at the event. Isn’t that what you really want? The bar/​bat mitzvah for our son, daughter and 200 guests she helped orchestrate turned out EXACTLY the way we imagined. This is because Jolene heard our vision and then almost like magic, brought it to life. I would recommend her hands down to anyone planning any kind of event. She really is THAT good!
