New Planet Beer is dedicated to brewing various kinds of beer for conventional beer drinkers. The tap room currently offers both gluten free beers that are brewed with sorghum and rice malt as well as gluten reduced beers that are brewed with a more traditional barley malt.
History
Established in 2008.
New Planet Beer’s mission is to help everyone celebrate life with a great tasting beer and to help do great things for the planet. Our certified gluten-free beers are locally crafted by brewers who bring to New Planet Beer the great quality and flavor found only in small batches. The company is Colorado-based, family and friends owned and operated and they donate a portion of their proceeds to ecosystem conservation. Future releases of different beer styles, all certified gluten-free, are under development.

New Planet Beer was started by Pedro Gonzalez, who is himself gluten intolerant, along with his wife Seneca Murley. «When I first learned I had to remove gluten from my diet I was amazed how many products contained the protein, and ended up with very restricted food choices. But after a period of time new Gluten-Free („GF“) products started popping up. I really missed craft beer so I started drinking GF beer, but I really couldn’t find a brand that truly satisfied. I began my quest to make a truly special gluten-free craft beer that everyone could enjoy.»
