I was very happy with the service I received replacing my broken screen. They have helped me by giving me information on how to unlock another phone. I like these guys and am sorry to see the poor reviews.

Nice people, bad service. I think used phones are a great idea but they just dont seem to work. Maybe I just had bad luck, but I would go through a lower end service like cricket if you need affordable wireless service if I had to do it all again. It was a very frustrating experience for me via the product, the people were nice and helpful though.

How would you feel if something like this were to happen:
You have a new Iphone around $ 400, but it has a broken charger port so you brought it to here.
They fix it, but accidentally brake your microphone, and without a microphone, nobody can hear you.
They agree it’s their fault and offer you a free headset, and say, «always use the headset.» You don’t agree with their solution so they say, «how about you exchange your new iphone to an old, used phone (about 2 – 3 year old version).»
They say, ‘it’s a great deal,” but they want you pay an extra $ 50.
Now you lost your new I phone, and now you have a old, used, ugly phone on your hand, and you paid $ 50 extra.
Do you agree that this is not fair?
This same thing happened to me here, with this shop.
They said they fixed charger port problem, but they broke the microphone,
They said they are so sorry, and that it’s their fault,
They offered to me to always use a headset.
And they said they could give me a deal, and I can exchange my new phone to their used, 2 or 3 years old phone, but I have to pay $ 50 extra.
It could happen to anyone here,
you want fix your screen here? They’ll fix it, but accidentally break your microphone and will offer you to exchange your nice new phone to an old, used phone for extra money. And they will say «It’s a deal!»
It was a terrible experience.

So many extra phones in the world! There must be a good used market! Perhaps not. I walked through here, hoping they’d have popular phones by the boxload and at reasonable prices. And I’m into ‘reasonable’, where they can afford rent, etc.
Anyways, perhaps ignorant of cell phone buyback values and the volume you can move out of a second-​hand store. But they phones were absurdly expensive here. I’m going online…

If i could give 0 stars i would do not go rip off. They do not stand behind their work. We had 2 screens replaced by them that broke very shortly after install. They are not installing correctly and using substandard parts. GO ELSEWHERE their are plenty other options, If when I came in the store the asshole manager had done the right thing and simply said we will do what we can to keep the customer happy. As this was still in warranty. Instead of snapping and saying we won’t cover than this wouldn’t be here. This manager should be fired. To be fair this is the boulder store

Standard broken screen on iPhone 4S. Had them replace it and they use such poor replacement parts that they had to do it twice because the first one didn’t even work. Then they didn’t put the phone back properly. In the end I had to leave my phone with them 4 times! And, the auto dimmer still doesn’t work on my phone but not worth the time having them try and fix it. There are better places to take your phone

I broke the glass on my phone. Decided to see if these guys could repair it. They said they could for $ 50. Sounded good for me. I prepaid the $ 50 for the part. I was told they would call me within a few days when the part arrived. 4 days went by and I hadn’t heard a thing. I called to check in with them and they said the part hadn’t arrived yet and they would call me when it did. I went out of town and when I came back it had been two weeks since I had first went in and I still hadn’t heard a word. So I called them yet again. Apparently the part came in and it wasn’t the right part so they had to send it back, they had no idea when the new part would be in. They then finally called me, told me that they made a mistake and to get the right piece would be $ 100 in addition to the $ 50. This did not include labor. I went in to get my money back. Long story short, if you want it done right and within a reasonable amount of time, do not go here.

If you’re looking for a used cell phone, do yourself a favor and buy online. I found all of these phones to be way overpriced.

My daughter’s cell phone died, so I took it into Verizon. They said that the phone had been damaged by water and was not repairable. I went to Next2New Wireless, intending to buy a replacement phone, and they said that the problem was probably just a broken cable. They fixed the cable and sure enough the phone was as good as ever.
In summary, Next2New saved me a bunch of money and were way more professional than the people at Verizon. The wait was much shorter too! Highly recommended.
