So, this is the first review I have done for an online retailer. I wasn’t really sure that reviews for online merchants were done in the same manner as brick-and-mortar establishments. I take pride in my Google Local Guide and Unilocal Elite status(s) and I appreciate the opportunity to share my experiences with the world, so I sought out this ability to post a review for Nite Ize Inc. It’s a rare occurrence where I am really blown away by exemplary customer service and businesses that stand completely behind their offerings, no-matter-what. Three or four months ago, I searched online for a product for my Great Dane Puppy, specifically a ball that would light up for nighttime play. I found several options and after a little research, settled on a ball from Nite Ize. The MetorLight K9LED Pet Ball Disc-O was exactly the ball I hoped to find. The ball glows very brightly, changing through a full spectrum of colors, is water-resistant, floats and most importantly has great reviews from other customers. I and my pup, Franklin love this ball! In my opinion, the five stars given for this review are well deserved for the product alone. It really is great, however, what compelled me to write this(long, I know… sorry) review is the customer service I recently experienced when unfortunately, Franklin’s prized ball stopped working. I attempted changing the batteries, but still no luck. We use this ball every single day, so I honestly wasn’t too dismayed account only having had paid less than ten dollars for the ball in the first place. That being said, I decided to contact the company and see if they might offer a replacement. I filled out their online warranty form, explaining my problem and sent it off. It was less than 24 hours when I received a return email from Nite Ize explaining that customer satisfaction was their highest priority and that a replacement was being shipped to me right away. I was shocked… no questions asked! I was even more shocked when in less than a week, the package from Nite Ize arrived containing not only one, but two replacements and a personally signed letter from the customer service representative stating that my satisfaction was all that mattered and if I had any other issues to let them know and they would be taken care of! I’ll wrap this up. It is so refreshing to come across a company that actually stands behind their products and will do whatever it takes to maintain their customers satisfaction. I love this company and their products. They have a wide array of producs ranging from mobile accessories to pet products. Each item is made with quality and their customer support i s fantastic should you ever run into any snafoos. My dog and I are fans of the K9 Meteorlight — It’s a ball for dogs lit up by a color changing LED. Its perfect for us when we play fetch in the dark!

This company stands behind their products. They replaced lights that I had trouble with and even gave me extra batteries. The customer service was quick and professional, I received full replacements and an explanation of what I did wrong. I will buy from them again knowing if there is a problem it will be fixed. Great innovative safety products for pets and night sports. Buy with confidence, exceptionally good 2 year warranty.
