Parenting Place is a Place for families to meet people, get help, learn, share and have fun! We provide:

* Facilitated support groups for parents

* Language and age based playgroups

* Open play time — outdoor playground and two indoor playrooms

* Educational resources

* Facilitated Spanish language programs

* ESL classes

* Parenting workshops and classes

* Assistance accessing community resources such as health care (CHP+) and housing, help with energy bills

* Donation closet — children’s clothing, items for families with newborns and young children, books, maternity clothes

* Food pantry

* Diapers

History

Established in 1984.

Since 1984, Parenting Place has been supporting families with children pre-​natal to five years old in Boulder and Broomfield Counties regardless of economic circumstances.

Meet the Manager

Will K.

Manager

Executive Director Will Kropp.

Having worked in human services and nonprofit administration for over 15 years, Will came to Parenting Place in 2009. Previously, he was the Executive Director/​CEO of CCRES, Inc., an organization supporting families with children on the autism spectrum. Will is active in the following organizations:

* Chair, Metro Denver Strategic Collaboration Initiative, Rose Community Foundation

* Board of Directors, Family Resource Center Association (FRCA)

* Advisory Council, Early Childhood Council of Boulder County (ECCBC)
