Located in Boulder, Colorado Peaceful Tree Massage is owned and operated by licensed massage therapist, Janelle Cliff. Janelle graduated the Denver School of Massage Therapy in 2009 and received her Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Hospitality and a minor in Integrative Therapeutic Practices in Fall 2013. After gaining work experience at various day spas and massage offices, Janelle decided to utilize her education and work experience to open Peaceful Tree.

Hi everyone! I’m Janelle, proud owner of Peaceful Tree Massage Therapy.

In 2009, I attended the Denver School of Massage Therapy in Westminster, CO where I learned Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Prenatal, and some Craniosacral therapy. Since graduation, I have had the opportunity to gain experience by working at different local day spas while attending college. The different spas taught me Phenomenal Touch, hot stone, body scrubs, body wraps, and hot and cold therapies for sports and injury massage. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the Metropolitan State University of Denver in Fall 2013 with a major in Hospitality and a minor in Integrative Therapeutic Practices.

My original dream was to become a Spa Director at a resort but I am after a new dream — to own my own business. I have learned so much from college and my previous jobs that I feel confident in opening Peaceful Tree Massage Therapy and beginning my own private practice.
