Yep had the same experience. I *was* a happy customer of a number of years and then after 2010 PeakPeak really went down hill: no costumer service, frequent outages, the web interface is ridiculously outdated and practically non-functional. It got to the point where the only reliable thing about PeakPeak was the bill! I MOVED my site and happy DUMPED PeakPeak.

It appears as if Peak to Peak has vaporized. I used them for a number of years, but in the last year they drop off the edge of the earth periodically and it’s completely impossible to get anyone on the phone. When they come back there is no explanation, no apology, nothing. For the last few weeks I have been working on redirecting all of my contacts to a different email address in anticipation of dropping Peak to Peak. This is the time, since they are once again incommunicado. Stay away.
