History

Established in 2006.

I have been practicing massage for almost ten years and it is the most rewarding job I have ever experienced. I began my journey after sustaining a shoulder injury during my time practicing Capoeira. Doctors told me I had to have surgery yet through massage, physical therapy and chiropractic I thankfully never had to experience surgery. I wanted to be able to show others how life changing massage can be. Over the years I’ve had the honor of working on wonderful people who’ve allowed me to create a treatment plan to alleviate their pain. People usually come to me when they are in pain which means their initial problem had time to develop. I always recommend detailing the entire body which can be done in multiple back to back appointments to get the body back to homeostasis. Once the body is back in balance you can move to monthly maintenance massage to keep the pain away.
