Moved and vacated our property in Boulder County and turned the property over to Property Resources to: (1) Lease the property, (2) Maintain the landscaping and house, and, (3) When applicable, find a buyer for the property.
Property Resources, through their contacts with contractors, were able to take care of the landscaping by weekly lawn maintenance and when needed, irrigation repair, winter preparation of irrigation system and tree and bush trimming. Had to have two water heaters replaced which they did through their contractors at a reasonable price. Property Resources was able to provide for «handyman» repair, such as painting, carpet cleaning, etc., when needed. And, when we wished to begin a full-​time search for a buyer, Property Resources represented the seller as a Realtor and advertised and showed the property on the owner’s behalf. Additionally, the roof was replaced by Property Resources’ contractors (after receiving several bids on behalf of the owner) over which they supervised to conclusion.
All aspects of Property Resources management of leasing and selling of my property was more than satisfactory. They handled all problems quickly and efficiently and worked with tenants, when needed, to assure that they were not inconvenienced during maintenance requirements.
My experience with Property Resources was pleasant, helpful and professional with renting, maintaining and selling my property in Boulder County.

This company is worse than Comcast.
They took over two weeks to fix my garbage disposal. By that time i had contacted them six times. One of the times when I asked when maintenance would be coming, they answered «he’ll get there when he gets there.» My sink water was about to spill over onto the ground. When they arrived, three of them came at once and one of them started yelling at us and swearing. And they still charged us.
They’re a joke. Don’t give them your money.

Stay away from this place. Worst apartment rental experience ever. Maintenance constantly going in my apartment to make non-​emergency repairs, about once a month. Some of them were outlined (ie. new locks — okay, new windows — okay, many other times for vague «routine» repairs).
An unsecured dumpster on the property hit my boyfriend’s car the first month or so in (due to seasonal Boulder winds) and they refused to take responsibility but then the next day drilled holes in the ground and stuck large boulders against the dumpster wheels. A dumpster on a sloping hill that is unsecured with cars above and below it is not smart, I’m shocked if that was the first time this happened. Was a liability exposure.
Towards the end maintenance kept calling my emergency contact number whenever they needed to reach me, which happened to be my mom in another state! I asked three times to get that changed (2 over the phone, 1 via email) and even a week after I moved out they continued to call her about some emergency plumbing repair with the new tenant! Another time the actual owner of the property called my mom because she couldn’t reach management and was frustrated.
The last month I rented the maintenance team said they were replacing a light fixture (unnecessary) and left wires exposed & dangling for an entire month. On the day I moved out the light fixture was still uninstalled with wires hanging out!!! I wonder if they charged me for that nonsense (see below).
When I moved in I filled out a sign-​in sheet in which I described extensive wear and tear to the apartment due to the condition. After I moved out they charged me a $ 125 cleaning fee (I spent 6 hours thoroughly cleaning the place with one other person), a $ 75 carpet cleaning fee (this I was okay with) and over $ 175 for «repairs». I was charged for light bulb replacement (they were ALL working when they left, I took photos and revisited them just to confirm), a «missing» smoke detector, for 3 hours of labor, to also repaint walls and cabinets that were in the same condition when I moved out as when I moved in, and then some crazy charge for a «colorist purchased mat», among other things such as wiping down counters, etc, which I did!– it was just a run down place. They also charged me to replace the «missing smoke detector».
I found the rental on Craigslist through another state and the price was not bad so had to go by the photos they provided and when I asked for more photos the property manager, Pam, she would not send me any. I moved in three weeks after my lease started and emailed management to say they could make any repairs/​improvements that were needed during that time. When I showed up it was clear nothing was done so they probably use security departments to fund their maintenance reserve. Pretty terrible. Also during the screening process they repeatedly asked questions about my financial situation. I’m pretty sure I was one of the more financially responsible tenants in the place I rented and always sending out multiple rent payments at a time and never a day was I late.
This is just a highlight of the key bad experiences I had with this office, but there were other frustrating events that took place (closing the office early the day I was supposed to pick up my apartment key after I confirmed with the secretary they would be open), multiple times maintenance not waiting for the legal 24 hour consent to go into my unit for non-​emergency purposes, and 3 or 4 out of months out of 12 sending me utility bills for Excel energy when the lease agreement stated utilities were included and then giving one week to pay or else a $ 25 fine per day.
The whole experience, just madness. I wish there was more I could do to warn people about this management company besides writing this review. I did hear from a neighboring tenant who lived at the complex for several years that this company was not going to be managing the property anymore however it still appears they are running the show. Maybe when the property management lease agreement ends they will be gone.
Either way, dealing with this company was a nightmare, and the icing on the cake was how much they took from my security department. When I moved in the carpet had bad stains and was at least 10 to 20 years old and had an odor to it every time you walked in the room. Smelled a bit like old doll hair and had the feel of a converted smoker motel.
Going forward I will only work with mgmt companies that have been reviewed (this one has no reviews), and have mostly favorable reviews. I also will never rent from a unit that is in that state of condition again without seeing it or more photos– unless mgmt or the landlord is easier off the bat to deal with. That should have been my first warning.
This place charged me about $ 400 for a place I left in better condition. They were always going in my unit, I didn’t like that. I’ve been renting for 15 years and no experiences comes as close to as bad as this.
