Tried to have randy come and do some work for me after he did a bunch of work for my Boyfriend. I wasn’t available for an estimate on the weekend and told him to give me a call for his next available time. Well 5 days later still nothing so i called him. I was then told that i never called him which is untrue because he was told to let me know when he’s around to take a look. And then i was very rudely told to find someone else. Meanwhile i haven’t had a working shower for over 2 weeks and now have to start the whole process over again.
Great job loosing 2 clients in one phone call and i had a lot of work that needed to be done too. His loss.
