I would not recommend this company. Here are all the reasons why: 1) Staff does not return emails or phone calls timely or keep appointments(i.e. Janna) 2) My delivery window was 7−11am, they showed up at 11:30am 3) Be certain to request if you want your rental items set up. I was never asked if I wanted a setup so everything was just left as is(no tables unfolded or chairs set up) 4) Make sure you got everything on the ticket; 2 things were completely forgotten 5) Keep an eye on the set up crew they can’t be trusted 6) Be very specific and clarify what you want; I got the wrong color grey linens 7) I spoke to the owner, Ian for 20 minutes on the phone telling him all my complaints. The only thing I got out of the conversation was a «sorry» and that he agreed his company could have done better. Go with another company that cares about customer satisfaction. Thanks, Jamie L

Agree with person below. Product was fine(Except for broken item which we didn’t get credit back for) but staff was misleading… charged for delivery w/o being told, charged for broken items and charged for unused items(which would be fine if they were nice about the rest). Sale people are misleading. Never got email confirmation. Etc. Delivery guys were great.

Products were nice BUT the staff was not helpful at all! I had to change my originial order and it took about 20 emails back and fourth for the girl to FINALLY understand what I wanted, even though I had written it all out in an email. The delivery came on time but I was missing 4 tables that I had told her neumeous times I needed. We called and they said we could come pick them up. When we did they gave us 8 instead of 4 we tried to tell them we only needed four but they wouldnt listen. I figured they would only charge us for the 4 since thats what we had asked for. Turns out they charged us for the 8 tables and refused to give my money back or take the other 4 tables back when I asked them. They were not willing to work with me at all even though it was their fault that they took the tables off my order after I told her neuerous times we needed them. The products they did deliver were pretty nice besides the chairs were filthy we had to wash every one by hand also the chairs were every cheap one of them broke when someone barley sat down. All in all I was semi satisfied with the products we received but the customer service was terriable and I would not give them any more buisness.

RC, you guys have always been there for me, and I appreciate it! I am the manager of a busy restaurant that does a lot of special events, and even though we try to plan down to the last detail, every now and then a client will change their mind and need something with just a couple days notice(or even an hour once!). RC and their staff have stayed open in order for us to be able to run over and get what we need and are always friendly and helpful. Thank you for making my life just a bit easier!

I’m interested in using this company because they have some unique items that I like. But they haven’t responded to my emails in over a month, even though I have sent a couple of reminders that I was hoping they would answer my questions. My understanding is that there’s a new customer service liaison, so maybe there’s some difficulty in transition? Or maybe they’re just extremely busy and don’t have time to take on additional customers?

Warning: do not use this company. They cancelled out on us(over 150 tents) one week before the event with no excuse. They are disorganized, unprofessional and horrible to work with.
