Rod was awesome in helping me and my husband, both picky and unusual in our home desires, find our new Colorado home. He’s been in the area a very long time, and was very knowledgeable about neighborhoods and Colorado in general. (He could even identify and name mountain peaks!)
We contacted him because he was the realtor for a house on our list and connected to CU Realty. He answered right away (on a holiday weekend) and showed us a few houses that same evening and the next day.
He was very patient and friendly, and didn’t even blink at our requests and instant house refusals for random things (yes, we DO hate closets IN the bathroom!) and seemed to have connections for every type of home repair.
We sincerely enjoyed working with him, and even found our home on one of those first few days. Thank you so much!
