Root MMC

As a member (originally red card, now state issued purple card) the discounted prices along with the quality of the products offered keeps me coming back. Being in my 50s and not a frequent customer, the staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and respects that I’m a budget minded consumer. Location wise, Arapahoe Ave is a buzzkill (pun intended) during rush hour, so I prefer to go on a Saturday or Sunday and I love the $ 30.00 monthly caregiver credit. Root Organic MMJ is a solid bargain! Note: 5 stars for Root Organic and staff, I gave it 4 because it’s on Arapahoe Ave.

Love this place! It is a sister care center to the Farm. Since i am a member at The Farm, I am a member here too! Yay for me.
The staff could use some better people skills, but the selection of flowers, edibles, and bubble hash is worth the snooty chick at the front desk.

Root Organic is my #1 choice of all the places to go for meds in Boulder.
I love Root Organic MMC! My boyfriend and I are pretty much snobs when it comes to the quality of our medicine, not once has Root Organic disappointed us!
The atmosphere is friendly and clean and pretty. The people who work there are super kind. They have a way of putting me at ease.
But mainly I wanted to write this review to let the reader know that if they’re looking for QUALITY meds, that taste good and do the job — this is the #1 spot in Boulder, that I would suggest. They are consistently providing the best buds out there =)

Pretty upset how I was treated today by the staff at ROOT. Was treated like I did not matter as a customer by a non friendly person that stated they were the owner.
Had a situation where I was double charged for meds, roughly $ 12 was my bill total, the charge hit my cards 2x. I went in to try and resolve the issue with the store directly and was shown the door. I attempted to show both charges to the person who said they were the owner but was told I needed to wait for them to balance their books for the week, then if they had an overage they would refund me. I would understand if I had purchased a larger amount of meds from them, but were talking a charge of about $ 12. It was also suggested by the owner to handle the situation through my bank, the so called owner at ROOT would not budge. I finally said I would not be back if they weren’t going to help me, and was told have a good day.
Terrible experience, will not be back.
If this was the owner, they need to work on their customer service skill dramatically. With so many dispensaries in Boulder, ROOT is not anything special. There are plenty of places with really good meds at even better prices. This store just happened to be open on Labor day, so they caught my business.
I suggest you find somewhere else to shop in Boulder, ROOT is a bit out of the way for most folks out @ 55^th and Arapahoe anyway. Stay near the hill or downtown and you’ll do just fine finding great meds at fair prices.
