Roy’s Electric

Call Roy’s for fantastic service from a small business. I am a long-​term customer who is very happy with many small jobs completed by Roy’s over the years. Just yesterday, I was having an appliance replaced and learned that my old unit had been hard-​wired and I needed a new outlet. I called Kimberly and she sent Eric over that same morning. Eric gave me a variety of options, including using an existing outlet, and explained the pros and cons of each approach. When I decided, he did the job quickly and neatly for a very reasonable price. It was so fabulous to be in a jam and know that Roy’s was there to help. Eric also address my other electrical questions while he was there. Terrific company top to bottom. I highly recommend them.

I’ve used Roy’s electric for some time now. Probably on my at least fourth job. Bottom line, I believe they reliably deliver quality work at reasonable rates. The above and beyond goes to the thoughtfulness around scheduling. That’s where we have formed a relationship, and I believe that relationship is honored based on my personal needs and their attempt to address them conveniently. In today’s labor market in the Boulder area, hard to get!

To their credit Kimberly called my wife today to deduct $ 50 from the bill. Her rationale was that she wants happy customers. I commend their behavior and appreciate this.
