Smashburger

Smashburger added some new items to the menu and I was psyched to try them! Ive always gotten the classic smash because all the variations were just too complicated and didn’t sound good to me.
However, today the avocado club burger caught my eye! Bacon, avocado, and a drizzle of ranch served on a perfectly cooked salty patty and a whole grain bun. By far the best thing I’ve ordered here!
I’ll be back for you Smashburger!

I don’t understand how you call to make a complaint about customer service and the manager tells you that the employees did nothing wrong, and only wants me to understand how their system works. Well, if their system, makes a customer feel uncomfortable for any reason, I would say your system isn’t great!!! This is my second bad experience with this location and will not return, nor will not recommend any customer, friend or family member there!

Opens at 10:00 it is now 10:13 and they left the door open and when we walked they stayed they were closed for another 30min if your closed keep the door locked it’s simple and put a sign up

Delicious smash fries and great sauce. My wife and I consider this to be one of our top three stops for quick, delicious lunch food.
On the one downside, parking can be difficult to find during the lunch rush, so plan ahead!

This is one of my top two quick casual burger stops in Boulder. It has improved every year since it opened when it was a bit underwhelming. The meat, the flavors, the buns are all good. Not my favorite fries in Boulder but not bad. We like the drinks assortment too. My new fav is the Colorado burger, minus the mayo of course if you know me. And really, I don’t see how it adds anything anyway, the melted cheeses moisten everything just fine and the flash fried chile peppers are not too hot. The spicy heat comes from the pepper jack cheese and the chipotle bun rounds it out nicely.
Staff is always friendly though sometimes the frequent new trainees need a little guidance and the most awesome part is that they bus the tables! So it is always clean, a real asset in the fast casual scene.

Greasy fast food. I like the regular fries more than the smash fries. The burgers are good, apparently they name smash burger is from how they cook the patties. They smash them onto the grill to stop them from shrinking too much. Also the chocolate malts are to die for.

Strolling in on a steady monday evening. Working in food service myself, it appears to me that the restaurant is short staffed. I see four people running the show. The two running the front are focused yet friendly and courteous, and the dining room appears clean and organized. My truffled mushroom swiss burger came out in about three minutes and was fresh and delicious. Since there are no Big Kahuna Burgers around here, I would recommend this particular location over others in the area, the next time you want a tasty burger.

Disappointing chicken sandwich, but they saw my reaction to it and gave me a refund without me asking. Looked like it was left in the fryer all night, dry and hard. Wasted my break and now I get no food until dinner. The order first came with a bunch of sauces on it that weren’t supposed to be there so they took it back, definitely don’t go here if you don’t have time for corrections or refunds. Worth maybe $ 3 not $ 6.50, Burger King is unfortunately a better closer choice.

If you dont eat here you support ISIS. Try the buffalo fries, so epic.

I’m so disappointed with this place.
Love the food at other locations, but the service was horrible.
I ordered fried pickles. Received 5 clumps of pickles fried together. I expected fried cut up pickles, not pickle balls… ya.
Rather than burn my hands on the grease separating them, I asked for new ones. The cook then separated them while frying them again.
So o have black crunchy pickles. Sounds delicious, right.
Who cares about pickles that much? I do. I love this place (usually go to the one in Loveland) and I get the same thing every time. And I love it. Not here. Nope.

Ohmergerd… Where to even start…
I have just discovered this place and I have no idea how I lived my life before without it. I tried the classic Burger with the classic fries and it was like God’s gift to me. Now, I wouldn’t dare to compare this place to in n out. However, since we don’t have an in and out here. Its the closest place that comes to it.
I’m in trouble now. :P

Been a fan of this location for over a year. I signed up for their email list and get lots of good coupons I enjoy using with friends/​coworkers.
Today I was extremely disappointed in the service (and I might add that I was joined by a friend that had never been there, and another friend that had only been there once before).
I Ordered a salad, side, and a drink. About 5 minutes after ordering it was noted that the kitchen was out of lettuce but I was ok with spinach as I was soo hungry.
When the salad came the salad was overwhelmed with dressing (I had asked for it on the side). I let the gal who brought the food out know I had asked for the dressing on the side and she stated nonchalantly that she ‘guessed she could go ask the kitchen for another one because it was their fault”. I didn’t know quite what to say.
Having worked with food and the public I knew it was the responsibility of this person to not only deliver the food but to also check what she was picking up to ensure it was right before bringing it out. My friends were also appalled.
In the past at this location I had found staff to be genuinely apologetic when my order was incorrect or altered because they were out of ingredients. At this visit I received neither an apology or a voucher for a free burger/​salad at my next visit.
It will be awhile before I return. Thankfully there are many food options in the area.

I love Smashburger! Such amazing burgers for such a great price. AND THEYRE SO FAST! That’s probably my favorite part actually. I love how you can custom make any of the burgers and there are just so many option to choose from, I think I could come here once a week and get a different combo every time.
I also think the atmosphere deserves some mention. I love the walls in there! And I love the way the place is set up, it never feels too crowded. The staff is always really nice and brings your burgers right to you! Love this place 100%!!

Smashburger, IMO has the best burgers. I might possibly be biased since I have Celiacs and they have Udi’s Gluten Free buns, but I don’t care. Definitely my go to comfort food.
The Colorado burger is definite my favorite. Add a side of sweet potato fries and I’m a true blooded Boulderite! 10/​10, would recommend.

Goddamn. This place rocked my socks. I’m a self proclaimed food eater and I ate some food here. And boy was it good. When you eat it after a long day of whatever it may be that you do, you WILL experience euphoria. Want a hamburger for a fast food price that you get quickly? AND IT TASTES GOOD? GO HERE! Not only will their menu make the most hardcore vegans sin, but their customer service is shockingly good. I ordered a burger and when the dude brought it out, the pickles fell off. He apologized sincerely and told me I was getting a new burger. What a homie. And have I mentioned their milkshakes? No? Well they’re better than anything you’ve ever sucked through a straw.
All in all, I’d say this place is a good restaurant.

I love smashburger for the great service and the décor. As a vegetarian, I eat the black bean burger, which is only delicious if you add chipotle sauce. Otherwise, it has a weirdish taste, in my opinion. My bf loved the chicken burger, but was still hungry after. And the fries are delicious, but are like miniature fries, I guess that’s just a smashburger thing.

I pretty much come to Smashburger for Rico. He wears his red shirt in such glory. He whips up some mad Haagen-​Dazs shakes as well! Always gotta come and get my burger fix. I’ll post a photo of the glorious Rico as well.

Smash burger is my favorite burger place around, with perfectly cooked patties, fresh ingredients and topping combinations that make my mouth water.
Smash burger cooks all of their burgers by smashing the patties with a cast iron weight to cook them fast and efficiently. This doesn’t add anything to the flavor, but it’s nice to get a perfectly cooked burger within 3 – 4 minutes after you order.
Smash burger has a variety of burgers salads milkshakes and more on their menu. Their burgers range from traditional to BBQ bacon to my personal favorite Colorado Burger (green chilies white cheddar onions). They compliment their burgers with twice fried Smash fries that have that perfect crunchy texture to them. They also give the option of veggie fries and sweet potato fries. This place also has the added bonus of having a liquor license so you can see what beers pair with your burger.
I love this place and it’s a great, fresh burger for a reasonable price. Definitely give it a try

Delicious! Came in hungry left entirely gratified. Got the classic burger with all the fixings and it was juicy, flavorful and scrumptious. A side of sweet potato fries with a few unintended regular fries was a nice mix! The place was clean, not too busy, and associates very nice.
Great foods to fill your shopping day. I’ll attend smash burgers again and again. I’m a fan!

I love this place. The best sweet potato fries I have ever experienced. The hamburgers are also awesome. I love the low carb option.
