History

Established in 1972.

In the 1970’s hardware came to South Boulder. RAD Hardware would serve the residents of this community for over 30 years. In 2005, after a move to a new space in the Table Mesa Shopping Center, followed by a name change to Liberty Hardware, the store continued to serve the needs of local residents. In 2010, Jay and Mea French took over the store, changed to name to Table Mesa Hardware, and got to work making upgrades to the store. Today Table Mesa Hardware is the neighborhood source for the DIY’er to get projects done, all with the convenience of being situated right in the center of this bustling South Boulder retail center.

I am proud to be a life-​long resident of Boulder. Formerly a school teacher at Monarch Elementary, I purchased the store in 2010, (known as Liberty Hardware at the time), changed the name to Table Mesa Hardware and got to work serving the community with a smile.
