This place is terrible. They try to fine you for whatever they can to make a quick buck off you. Every appliance is terrible. When you run the washing machine, the entire apartment sounds like you are on the wing of a 747 traveling 700 miles an hour, when you run it, the apartment gets to 105% humidity, so bad, it’s hard to breath. The stove is uneven. The dishwasher barely washes dishes. Stuff broke on a weekly basis. Don’t get me started on the internet, it is worse than what I had in 2005, I can barely stream Netflix. The fridge is way too tiny for 4 people to use. The cabinet space suffers the same fate. They come into your apartment about 7 times a year to do «equipment checks» and«filter replacements», where if they see anything they don’t like, they try to fine you, like my apartment being«too messy» or having a bong. They charged me 250 for having a dog, when my psych had already given them a letter saying I was allowed an emotional support animal. Someone broke open the snack machine and they didn’t refills it for 2 months. One of the buildings perpetually smelled like terrible indian food. In another building, there was piss in the elevator nearly 24/7, it smelled like the bathroom at a football game or truck stop. There was someone pissing off their balcony across from me almost everyday, something they did nothing about. The walls are paper thin, I couldn’t talk in the living room without waking all of my roommates up. I could always hear the music from the people bellow me, the people above me and the people next to me. The people above me pretty much stomped around 24⁄7. They don’t care about their residents, they cheaper out on everything they could, and they scramble to get as much extra money from you as they can while you are living there. DONOTLIVEHERE

It’s a good place to live in boulder, but they should do something about the internet, it’s so fucking slow, we’re college students, we need fast internet!

University Village is an amazing apartment complex! They have amenities that most other living quarters don’t provide, such as washer, dryer, furniture, deck, individual rooms and bathrooms, covered parking, game room, study room, workout room, volleyball court, and much more. It’s incredibly convenient, being only a 5 minute walk from campus and Safeway, the staff is incredibly nice and easy to work with, and most importantly, it’s a great place to meet new people that go to school with you. I really enjoyed my time living there and wish I could go back!

Worst experience EVER! Do NOT live here. They do not care about their residence. It is very loud and the walls are thin. One time, they shut their water off to fix a pipe. They did not warn the residence and I had clothes in the washer. When they turned the water back on it completely destroyed my clothes. They did not offer to pay for them. They said they could give me a 15 dollar gift card to Target. Rent is overpriced for what you get. They raise the rent drastically every year. The apartments are poorly made and parking is awful.
