I love wal mart because I am not a rich and privileged. Wal mart allows those of us that are not wealthy to buy products at affordable prices. This however, is a fake wal mart that only sells groceries.

I am pretty anti-Walmart, but because they’ve at least TRIED in recent years to be less awful by raising starting wages, I’ll give them the time of day now. So I specifically went to this store looking for yarn since I have a project I need to work on, and Walmart seems to have the best every day price on Red Heart. This isn’t a super Walmart though, just a Neighborhood Market. Which makes sense, because Boulder had been fighting off Walmart for decades and somehow allowed this little store to weasel in. I have to say, as far as Walmarts go, this grocery store is clean, neat, and is staffed by friendly associates. I didn’t find what I needed, but the baby food section was nicely stocked, so I got my very patient toddler some yogurt drops before heading on my way.(I don’t qualify but I did note that WIC items were clearly marked.) I don’t know if I’ll be back because well, I’m still anti-Walmart, but trying to be fairly unbiased, this store is pretty decent.

So nice to have a Walmart even a small one in Boulder. I know many folks dont like Walmart but they frankly do have the best prices. I directly compare consumable prices such as cereal and such and Walmart is always 20% less than Target or Safeway. Also use this pharmacy and they do a fantastic job and very rarely a line. So if you like the best prices and a quality pharmacy visit this Walmart!

This Walmart sucks, we are traveling and being that this Walmart is in a tourist town I expected more from it. They have no bakery, which means no donuts for the kids, they had no cold travel size juices, small selection of candy… Everything I went in for they didn’t have. I think this is a first! The first time I walk into a Walmart and walkout with absolutely nothing!!! They only had one line open and about 5 or 6 employees, none of which could say hello, or even offer to help. Nobody expects or receives 5 star service from Walmart, but you usually get a good morning and usually at least one employee to ask if you need help, not at this Walmart, they were all too busy talking to each other. Besides the cashier only the gentleman restocking the fruit and vegetable section the others were too engrossed in their own conversations.

Icky poo! Sometimes I’m lazy, and I stop here after my workout to pick up some milk, etc. Inevitably, I think, «Oh, I’ll just get some OJ too»; or «Hey, these rolls are on sale»; or «What’s this cheese log thingee, it’s got almonds on it…». Wrong, wrong, wrong. Every time I buy some cheap thing there(store brand), I get it home and think, this is the lousiest _______I’ve ever had. The juice doesn’t taste quite right, the baked things are mushy and bland, the cheese log thingee is tasteless and orange… and I’m filled with regret. Not only that, it’s more expensive than King Soopers. Worse quality, more expensive. How did these guys get so rich? I had vowed never to patronize them, since I don’t care for their business practices. Call me beaten down, but I will still give them a few dollars if I’m walking by for some milk. It just seems like it’s too late to put that Walmart genie back in the bottle. But please, God, let me not buy another store brand there!!!

Cough. cough. I have been in this store. please don’t tell my neighbors Equate brand contact lens solution works best for me and Walmart just so happens to carry this. I try not to shop here too often but when in a pinch I do. The store is clean, inexpensive and the staff is very friendly. Probably the nicest Walmart I have ever shopped at. This is a «Market» Walmart not a «Supercenter» so don’t expect to buy a gun, tires and jeans here.

Seems out of place in Boulder but big, clean and decent prices compared to the other big box grocers in the neighborhood.

I was Coming here now daily for business supplies… but no I never shop here now after the cashier«M’Liss» was unacceptably rude. She must of been upset as I unintentionally interrupted her trying to flirt with a group of guys. To give a customer who spends over $ 1,000 a week at your store a rude attitude is a bad business move. Learn to respond when someone says have a nice day 3 times. Rude and ignorant to nice people…

It’s not like a regular walmart so it doesn’t have clothes, electronics, etc. But it has some grocery items, frozen food, office supplies, cleaning supplies, pharmacy. It doesn’t really stand out that much from any other grocery store.

I like the store. Better prices than Safeway on the items I buy. Much more cheerful help than Safeway. Nice wide aisles. I prefer Lucky’s for meats.
