NoBo and ZenZa has been taken over by the new Bruiser’s Smokehouse. New owners New management. Chef Leeland has provided Boulder with a new twist from Colorado. Our menu is inspired by Southwest cuisine and French technique. Specializing in low and slow smoked meats such as pulled pork, pork spare ribs, Denver hot links and, if your lucky, Bruiser’s Brisket. We also provide hand thrown sourdough style pizza and hand rolled smoked pork tamales. Our full bar with local brews on tap and spirits from Colorado pair tightly with the delicious experience you get here at ZenZa (Bruiser’s Smokehouse) Live music on the weekends, Cheers!

Business Owner

23 year old chef/​entrepreneur Leeland Graves has settled in North Boulder, Colorado. Bringing with him an open mind in the culinary world and a born talent in any cuisine he conquers. He started smoking meat at a young age in the mountains of Colorado with his father who just so happens to carry the legacy and knowledge of Stubbs BBQ in Texas, (Stubblefield). Chef Leeland also owns the Buffalo Smokehouse located in Salida, CO, which has thrived with the mountain culture in the recent years opened. He is dedicated and passionate about the food he brings to the table. Pay close attention to the detail and effort put into the soul of his restaurants. Chef Leeland will go far out of his way to please you, just ask!
